“What an experience? My daughter and I visited three Subway locations, and our experience was quite disappointing. The first two locations were closed earlier than their posted hours, and the third location no longer exists. We managed to get our sandwiches at the third location, despite the staff being short-handed and one employee struggling with allergies. Although the sandwiches were good, it's concerning that these locations are closing early, particularly during peak dinner hours.“
“I recently stopped by Subway for a quick lunch, and I have to say, it hit the spot! The first thing I noticed was how fresh all the ingredients looked. I opted for the turkey sandwich with all the veggies piled on, and I was really impressed with how good it tasted.

“I stopped by there June 4, at about 3pm. The young man that helped me was awesome (didn’t catch his name) I had received an email with a coupon, however we couldn’t get it to work. I bought two sandwiches anyway. The young man was super polite and efficient. The food was great. Atmosphere was so-so ( it was at Walmart) I would highly recommend this subway.“

But the staff at this restaurant redeemed the entire experience and made a couple of wonderful subs for us. Helped me with my sandwich toppings as I was not sure what to put on a meatball sub….very friendly all the way around. “I was just in this location less than an hour ago Saturday June 8th 2024. I believe there were two ladies working, but I only saw one. The young lady that helped me was so wonderful! Exceptional customer service! I had a complicated order and messed things up on my end and she was so full of kindness and grace I feel humbled. I was having an already stressful day and was at my max! She must have seen the stress on my face because she quickly resolved the issue with a smile and was so friendly she turned my entire day around! True customer service! Wow I wish I could have left her a $100 tip! She deserved it! Thank you dear!

“Great location, only one worker and he was real quite. If you don't ask for it he didn't give it even if it came on the the sandwich you ordered. Not the cleanest bathrooms either. They for sure need a woman's touch at this location“
“Staff was super friendly and we laughed during the entire process. The store was clean and the music was lit. But above all my sandwich here is always poppin’. I usually have the tall funny guy with tats but Chris the new guy and Nina were amazing and that’s why as a huge fan of subway and a service guy that drive all over town and out of town and eats at every location I always prefer this location to any other. However generally the store off Trent is a close second.“
“I went here this morning around 10:15 AM. My sandwich was great, and the oatmeal cookies were awesome (slightly over-baked by Subway standards, which means they were perfect). My only issue is that when I went to eat the raspberry cookie I bought, it tasted moldy. Tried calling the store and got no answer. I'm hoping someone monitors these reviews and will check, as I'd hate for someone else to have a reaction to a moldy cookie.“
“I am a regular at this Subway as I have to ride the bus to my job. The people are friendly and the manager is lovely. They know my order by heart and sometimes throw in some free cookies. I love stopping by even when I don't buy a sandwich and they are always happy to see me when I come in.“
“Went in at noon and it was very busy and only one employee (the other person was running late) and the guy did FANTASTIC even though he was by himself. He didn't freak out or get super overwhelmed. They seem to get a lot of flack from customers that put in online orders at the Walmart Subway but come to the wrong one. I come in a few times a week and they were only out of things one of those times.“
“The Subways in Spokane are typical to the ones I have eaten at elsewhere. Most skimp on the toppings and the sammich you receive do not really look like the photos on the outside of the building. Probably corporate policy to be stingy with the toppings. I feel like I am being too picky by always telling them to put some more on the sammich. The sammiches are tasty but not loaded with toppings. The meatball is my favorite.“
“I always have really good experiences when i come here, started coming when the one next to cold-stones closed because the managers were always quick and neat but i noticed they put up with a-lot
more then they should have to at this new location both times i have been in recently walmart workers were trashing the lobby sitting on there breaks eating food not even from the store and it seems they have no general respect for the business or workers when i asked the workers about it all agreed the walmart workers were entitled and created constant messes which visibly reflected on both my trips, the guy and girl on shift usually together seriously deserve a raise and seem to be constantly moving around to keep up with the foot traffic and are good at explaining the deals although i do believe corporate misleads with there 6.99 walmart foot-longs“
“The girl there today, Monday Apr 21, was superb! She is always so neat with my sandwiches and doesn't just throw all the veggies together like most other Subways. Even more important, she keeps the store so clean...cleanest of all the subways around here. That is why I go to that particular one.“
