Subway in Spokane

“Good food when prepared properly, I ordered a BLT AND GOT UNCOOKED BACON ? like umm hello please cook it for the next person thanks. I came home took one bite and was like nope this not right after discovering they put our order on the wrong breads lol.. they were slammed for the lunch rush though so we forgive them for that this time... pic for reference“

“What an experience? My daughter and I visited three Subway locations, and our experience was quite disappointing. The first two locations were closed earlier than their posted hours, and the third location no longer exists. We managed to get our sandwiches at the third location, despite the staff being short-handed and one employee struggling with allergies. Although the sandwiches were good, it's concerning that these locations are closing early, particularly during peak dinner hours.“

“The Subway employees were great! The sandwiches were good as always, but I wish the entire Chain would go back to the original Chicken Bacon Ranch. The Elite CBR or whatever it is they make their chicken different. I'm sure it's healthier, bit still lol. But the restaurant was clean, food was good and service was fast and friendly!“

“I recently stopped by Subway for a quick lunch, and I have to say, it hit the spot! The first thing I noticed was how fresh all the ingredients looked. I opted for the turkey sandwich with all the veggies piled on, and I was really impressed with how good it tasted.

“I stopped by there June 4, at about 3pm. The young man that helped me was awesome (didn’t catch his name) I had received an email with a coupon, however we couldn’t get it to work. I bought two sandwiches anyway. The young man was super polite and efficient. The food was great. Atmosphere was so-so ( it was at Walmart) I would highly recommend this subway.“

Emily here is the build ticket we received last night, no lettuce, which is why you didn't get lettuce, if you would have checked your receipt taped to your bag.You would have seen that there was no lettuce.We build them the way the build ticket tells us to.“

“Kelsey at this location is amazing!!! Came in late while their open sign was apparently broken... (Yet the male manager didn't want to turn it on). It was 20min before closing and she made this black olive loving girl happy until she was told she could only give my 6 little pieces of olive cause he doesn't have enough for tomorrow. Even offering to pay more he still tried to deny it. But she loaded us up anyways and put a smile on our face!! Good job!“

“Walked in the door and was greeted, Madd was all over my order, was polite and quick to boot. Helped me with my sandwich toppings as I was not sure what to put on a meatball sub….very friendly all the way around. I sat down to eat and the table, floor and whole restaurant were very clean and presentable. Would definitely say this location is good to go and will return again.“

“On June 14, we had a really awesome experience here. The nice lady opened early for us, And was so kind and patient while our littles decided what they wanted. It was a stressful morning, but she made it so much better with her kindness and filling our tummies with yummy sandwiches thank you so much!!“

“I was just in this location less than an hour ago Saturday June 8th 2024. I believe there were two ladies working, but I only saw one. The young lady that helped me was so wonderful! Exceptional customer service! I had a complicated order and messed things up on my end and she was so full of kindness and grace I feel humbled. I was having an already stressful day and was at my max! She must have seen the stress on my face because she quickly resolved the issue with a smile and was so friendly she turned my entire day around! True customer service! Wow I wish I could have left her a $100 tip! She deserved it! Thank you dear!

“Great location, only one worker and he was real quite. If you don't ask for it he didn't give it even if it came on the the sandwich you ordered. Not the cleanest bathrooms either. They for sure need a woman's touch at this location“

“I went here this morning around 10:15 AM. My sandwich was great, and the oatmeal cookies were awesome (slightly over-baked by Subway standards, which means they were perfect). My only issue is that when I went to eat the raspberry cookie I bought, it tasted moldy. Tried calling the store and got no answer. I'm hoping someone monitors these reviews and will check, as I'd hate for someone else to have a reaction to a moldy cookie.“

“I am a regular at this Subway as I have to ride the bus to my job. The people are friendly and the manager is lovely. They know my order by heart and sometimes throw in some free cookies. I love stopping by even when I don't buy a sandwich and they are always happy to see me when I come in.“

“Staff was super friendly and we laughed during the entire process. The store was clean and the music was lit. But above all my sandwich here is always poppin’. I usually have the tall funny guy with tats but Chris the new guy and Nina were amazing and that’s why as a huge fan of subway and a service guy that drive all over town and out of town and eats at every location I always prefer this location to any other. However generally the store off Trent is a close second.“

“The Subways in Spokane are typical to the ones I have eaten at elsewhere. Most skimp on the toppings and the sammich you receive do not really look like the photos on the outside of the building. Probably corporate policy to be stingy with the toppings. I feel like I am being too picky by always telling them to put some more on the sammich. The sammiches are tasty but not loaded with toppings. The meatball is my favorite.“

“The sandwich artists today were amazing!!! We had a large order and they busted it out in no time. Even with the large order they smiled the whole time and even labeled each sandwich so we knew what sandwich was which. It was a real Kick ass experience The food is always prettygood. As for the atmosphere its in Walmart.“

“The girl there today, Monday Apr 21, was superb! She is always so neat with my sandwiches and doesn't just throw all the veggies together like most other Subways. Even more important, she keeps the store so clean...cleanest of all the subways around here. That is why I go to that particular one.“
