“I'm specifically giving 5-stars to Bodhi at Subway who is one of the most outstanding employees I've ever encountered. Super personable, genuinely cares about customers, cooperative, and communicative! :) And he makes our sandwiches so well! I was so disappointed to hear that he will no longer be working at Subway. If Subway hires people like him I will continue to go“

“I stopped by there June 4, at about 3pm. The young man that helped me was awesome (didn’t catch his name) I had received an email with a coupon, however we couldn’t get it to work. I bought two sandwiches anyway. The young man was super polite and efficient. The food was great. Atmosphere was so-so ( it was at Walmart) I would highly recommend this subway.“

“Good food when prepared properly, I ordered a BLT AND GOT UNCOOKED BACON ? like umm hello please cook it for the next person thanks. “Tried to use the app from a couple of miles away, so that I could pick up sandwiches when I arrived. Experience with the app was horrible. But the staff at this restaurant redeemed the entire experience and made a couple of wonderful subs for us. Not only did they redeem my overall SUBWAY® experience, they also fixed some settings deep in the app that allowed it to work correctly for this restaurant. I’m one happy camper.“

“Walked in the door and was greeted, Madd was all over my order, was polite and quick to boot. Helped me with my sandwich toppings as I was not sure what to put on a meatball sub….very friendly all the way around. I sat down to eat and the table, floor and whole restaurant were very clean and presentable. Would definitely say this location is good to go and will return again.“

The service is amazing and I did not catch the name of the employee that made my sandwich but he put a lot of effort into making my sandwich look beautiful and despite me basically putting a salad on my sandwich he managed to close it without it being messy. On my receipt it says "served by 1111" and "host order id TXPQKFSRKXKVMM42". Would love to come back again.

“I was just in this location less than an hour ago Saturday June 8th 2024. I believe there were two ladies working, but I only saw one. The young lady that helped me was so wonderful! Exceptional customer service! I had a complicated order and messed things up on my end and she was so full of kindness and grace I feel humbled. I was having an already stressful day and was at my max! She must have seen the stress on my face because she quickly resolved the issue with a smile and was so friendly she turned my entire day around! True customer service! Wow I wish I could have left her a $100 tip! She deserved it! Thank you dear!

“Staff was super friendly and we laughed during the entire process. The store was clean and the music was lit. But above all my sandwich here is always poppin’. I usually have the tall funny guy with tats but Chris the new guy and Nina were amazing and that’s why as a huge fan of subway and a service guy that drive all over town and out of town and eats at every location I always prefer this location to any other. However generally the store off Trent is a close second.“

“I am a regular at this Subway as I have to ride the bus to my job. The people are friendly and the manager is lovely. They know my order by heart and sometimes throw in some free cookies. I love stopping by even when I don't buy a sandwich and they are always happy to see me when I come in.“

“Great location, only one worker and he was real quite. If you don't ask for it he didn't give it even if it came on the the sandwich you ordered. Not the cleanest bathrooms either. They for sure need a woman's touch at this location“

“Went in at noon and it was very busy and only one employee (the other person was running late) and the guy did FANTASTIC even though he was by himself. He didn't freak out or get super overwhelmed. They seem to get a lot of flack from customers that put in online orders at the Walmart Subway but come to the wrong one. I come in a few times a week and they were only out of things one of those times.“

“The girl there today, Monday Apr 21, was superb! She is always so neat with my sandwiches and doesn't just throw all the veggies together like most other Subways. Even more important, she keeps the store so clean...cleanest of all the subways around here. That is why I go to that particular one.“

“I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience the two ladies that closed tonight (12-10-2024) gave us. We came in late and as a service worker, I know how frustrating this can be. However, they met us with smiles and were so kind. I didn’t feel rushed at all, Leah even checked if we wanted any extras at the end. “Jackson is an incredible subway employee. He makes the best sandwiches, the veggies are always fresh and stocked and the store is clean. I’m always happy to see him working. I’ve had many negative subway experiences where the veggies are old or soggy but when Jackson is working everything looks delicious. He used to work at a different store and it was the same there, that when he’s working the quality is great.“

“Stopped at Subway with my two boys today and swiped my "Rewards" card as I always have. I did this expecting zero reward other than the satisfaction of finding an old card in my wallet that should have gone to the wayside long ago. The exceptional employee on duty today, told me the same as others, no rewards today. THEN - had the heart to inform me that my card was not registerred - if she only knew how I wish I had known this from any number of employees that I had encountered beforehand. Wow. More importantly - our sandwiches were fantastic and just the way that we ordered them. Thank you!“
