Went to Subway at this address 4100 S Cheyney Spokane Rd Suite A, they were out of almost everything, no wheat bread, no cheese bread, no cucumbers, no BBQ sauce, no lids, no straws, no napkins where customers could get them, no turkey, no olives, lettuce was wilted. Asked for a discount due to being out of numerous things, she said she could not do that, but I could call manager, Angel, on Monday. When I called Angel he said he would give us free meals with sandwiches, chips, and drinks next time we were in Spokane, since we live over 2 hours away. He took my name and said he would write it down and just tell them when we come back. A month later, we came back to get free meals and then Angel told us he could only give us X1, six inch sandwich. Very rude, condescending. While they argued with us, x5 other customers left. Back in the day, the customer was always right. Will NEVER go there again. Oh and no paper towels in bathroom.

I visited the Subway located at 4100 Cheney Spokane Rd Suite A, Spokane, WA 99224 around 11 AM this morning. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
While I was placing my order, a young woman behind the counter was chatting with another young woman who appeared to be a customer but took her order to the employee only area. No progress was being made on the other customer’s order, and both kept glancing at me, whispering and giggling. This behavior was unprofessional and distracting, and it prevented the young man who was taking my order from assisting me properly.
After paying, I went to the soda fountain and found there was no ice available. I asked the staff, and one of the young men kindly went to the back to get some ice for me. I filled my cup and left to drive back to the Palouse.
About an hour later, as I was drinking my soda, I noticed something unusual in the cup. I opened the lid and discovered a used plastic glove inside, clearly from the store and most likely placed there when the employee retrieved ice from the back freezer. This was both disturbing and unacceptable.
Initially, I tried to brush it off, thinking maybe I was overreacting, especially given the tense political climate, recent events and the Tee Shirt I had on at the time. But combining the disrespectful behavior, laughing, whispering, delaying service, with finding a used glove in my drink is inexcusable.
Regardless of political views, everyone deserves to be treated with basic human decency. The way I was treated by all three employees today was completely unacceptable. I called three times to talk with someone. Each time, the phone picked up and then immediately hung up.
The staff at this location displayed serious lapses in professionalism, hygiene, and customer service. I strongly urge management to investigate this matter, as this store is not meeting even the minimum standards expected of a food service establishment.

I will never come back to this Subway again. I have tried three times in the last month to get a meatball sub I would wait in line until it was my turn and when I ordered every time they said they are out of Meatballs. The excuses they gave me is that they did not have them. Which I found very weird because I went to the subway on the South Hill and they have them every time. 3 Strikes you're out stop. Sad to see because I have been going to Subway since they open their first location in Spokane. Highly recommend to visit any other location.

The last two times I’ve been here, mid way through making my sandwich I order off the menu you tell me that you don’t have those ingredients…. And stop doing meatballs at 6 pm?

The most disgusting Subways as far as cleanliness I’ve ever been to. My husband and I came in and noticed a puddle of something on the floor immediately when we walked in. We sat down to eat and even after an employee passed it twice they didn’t clean it up or even put the wet floor sign up! Four other customers walked in while we were eating, all elderly so my husband got up and put the sign up for them. When we looked for a table to sit at not one table had been wiped down and all the backs of the chairs were disgustingly dirty from grubby hands. The overall atmosphere was just dirty. The floor, tables, chairs, walls were all just dirty.
While my husband and I enjoy subway a lot we had never been to this particular location. My hopes for this review is that the owner of this location sees this and takes action with their employees.

Don’t use the app and if it fails don’t ask for them to honor how the sandwich should originally be made. Used a coupon, made my sandwich incorrect and all the manager could tell his employee that it was to bad. Pay for another sandwich if that the case. Wouldn’t try to make the incorrect made sandwich right just wanted to charge more money. Such bad service
I Would love to cancel a order I made 30 min ago and change to another store but you wouldn't answer the phone and I called several times for about a hr in another location . Don't worry i ended up walking away with nothing leaving with a empty wallet and stomach ah subway

Absolutely horrible. Trying to post pictures. Lettuce was brown no bread. I cancelled order when I saw him going to put rotten lettuce on my sandwich. Very disappointed, young man behind counter didn't give crud.

Consistently the best Subway tuna sandwich around.
Great location, only one worker and he was real quite. If you don't ask for it he didn't give it even if it came on the the sandwich you ordered. Not the cleanest bathrooms either. They for sure need a woman's touch at this location

Ordered 2 subs via mobile app and both were wrong. One Steak and Cheese had half the beef and no cheese, and my custom Philly had none of the toppings I had asked for. I only get 30 minutes for lunch and had to drive 10 mins from work to pick it up. I've called almost 10 times over the remainder of my break and they are refusing to answer the phone. I will be going there to get it corrected after work and avoiding this location for all my future purchases.
