We ordered two sandwiches on Friday April 12 at 2:30 pm. The sweet lady that was working was the best! She was alone and worked her butt off, sandwiches were awesome and we didn’t wait long at all. Really appreciate her work ethic and attention to detail.

Food was fine. Just stopped by on April 2, 2024 at about 12:35. There was a group of gentlemen in front of me that were treated horribly. The workers behind the counter gave them service full of attitude and unkind remarks. Nobody should be treated this way.

The service was good, even though only 1 person was in charge of the store. They didn't have lettuce, meat balls, or churro. 1 bathroom is out of service and the other in poor condition. They need to pay attention to this store and fire the person in charge. This is the Manager problem not employees.

We went at 7pm . The chairs were on the tables ... For mopping floors?? One table was open and occupied by a young lady (girlfriend?) who was "hanging out". We asked if we could sit down and was informed that "the dining area was closed" No signs were posted stating that it was take out only , did see hours posted... Open till 9

When you walk in and the employee working gives you a dirty look and can’t be bothered to say hello while you’re the only person standing in line is a pretty bad experience. I get it’s subway but there are plenty of places to get a mediocre sandwich.

Ran by teenagers who don't answer the phone or pay attention to the app for orders placed way in advance. They did however charge me twice, so $80 for zero food, stay away. If the franchise owner sees this and wants to make it right. I'm open!

Ordered bmt. Was told no salami. Said okay just add some more ham. While being toasted he rang me up. Ask for lettuce and tomatos get told no more lettuce. Couldn't you have told me that before? Over salted food was terrible. Used to call this a one off but when we pay 15 bucks for a sandwich it is not acceptable.
