Nothing wrong with my sandwich. The guy did a great job. But I waited 30 minutes to get a damn sandwich!! How do you only have 1 person working during the dinner "rush." I know everybody is cutting budgets now so all CEOs can take home a cool $milly$ at the end of the year, but Jesus Christ. You gotta have 2 people working during a dinner rush. The 2 girls in front of me ended up getting 5 footlongs, which obviously made the wait longer. But still. Get the place staffed.

Chips are $3. I'll smuggle them in from the dollar store next time. Slow, incompetent and out of 3 different meats when we got there. Took FOREVER. 2 people walked out while we were there. Wouldn't go to any of these places it wasn't for the coupons. Can't believe people come and pay full price for this crap.

6 pm tonight, guy and a girl were working the counter. Good team, positive and happy. They made my sandwiches lickety split and I left happier than I entered. Thanks for that! Keep up the good work!

The counter was obviously all wet (no boards) used our sandwiches to dry their counter and didn't see why it was gross!
Worst customer service I have ever had. I'm not one who normally gives criticism .. but when I'm paying for a meal.. a smile .. not throwing toppings around without even looking or caring.. and being downright confrontational for wanting sandwich is absolutely disgusting. I've never had such horrible service. Honestly.. just 100 percent terrible

I usually like getting my subs here, but today Friday May 10, 2024 at 11:33am the person who made my Cold Cut Combo put way too much mustard on it. We won't be coming back.

went there to get 2 ft Longs with extra turkey on mine and extra bacon on mine the bill came out to 33 dollars and change this was the biggest ripoff in my life. Will never go to a Subway again sandwiches were not even that good. My husband ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich foot long and they had no cheese. Charging for two sandwiches over $33 is a crime

4 times tried ordering from app it charged our checking account then cancelled our order called store no body knew anything no help there didn’t seem to care they were loosing

Placed an online order at 5:45 head over to the store and arrived at 6:20 the app said my order was ready at 6:25. I went in the store and the employee asked if I had the mobile order? So I told him yes. He took care of 3 people who walked in after me and said he would get to it after this. Kinda ridiculous that I place an online order so it’s ready for pick up when I arrive but nope I had to wait for people who showed up after me and didn’t receive my order for over another 30 min. It was 4 sandwiches and he made 6 in that time span. Will not be returning to this subway

Went in at noon and it was very busy and only one employee (the other person was running late) and the guy did FANTASTIC even though he was by himself. He didn't freak out or get super overwhelmed. They seem to get a lot of flack from customers that put in online orders at the Walmart Subway but come to the wrong one. I come in a few times a week and they were only out of things one of those times.

Gave me the wrong sandwich and had to drive an extra 30 minutes to get back. Argued with the employee about getting a replacement and then when I asked for a free cookie for the inconvenience the lady was like "when you're getting a free sandwich?" It wasn't free, it was you fixing your own screw up. Spending an extra $5 in gas and time and then having to argue with the employee for what I already paid for is just ridiculous. Will not be coming back you need new staff.

The store is supposed to close at 9 PM. Stopped in at 8:30 PM and the workers told me they were closed. Come to find out, they were placing an order at Wing Stop because they followed me over and picked up an online order. Good to know they want my service ?

Made an online order at 6:30pm on a Monday. They accepted the order and at 6:45pm said the order was completed. I walked up to the door and the lights were dimmed and the place was empty except for two teenage employees who then came to the door and said sorry we're closed and I must've made my order at another location. I double checked my phone and nope, it was the right location. The hours for this store say they close at 9pm. And I had to call my bank to get my money back because for some reason they charged me for this order that they never intended to make. Not my first time having an issue with this store. Don't waste your time people, there's a million Subways. This ain't the one.
