Placed an online order and went to pick it up 10 minutes after the pickup time and was told it wasn’t ready and they’ll get to it. Waited another 15 minutes and went back in side and waited 20 minutes at the pickup and was completely ignored by the employees. When they finally acknowledged me they said they didn’t have my order at all and didn’t do anything to remedy the situation even though they had it the first time. They were out of several items, were rude and then threw my order out.

Placed order online.upon arriving one young man working with 1 person ordering and 1 in line. My order was not yet started. I patiently waited for 20 minutes to be told they were out of bacon for my Club as well as lettuce. The young man was very friendly but could not talk and work simultaneously. The bread on the sandwich was anything but fresh. Dry, crumbly and tough. I don't frequent Subway as often as I did in the past but will drive an extra mile or 2 to avoid this location. Management and ownership should be ashamed of the way this location is operated. No wonder the chain restaurant next door is busier.

Very salty for a regular salty and peper on a sandwich also my wife said her tomatoes were bad on her sandwich. So please train your employees alot better. The time we came in was 5pm on 4-1-2025. Please correct this issue for the future I am a regular customer.

And THIS is why so many locations are CLOSING!! They close early without warning. They have ONE person working the counter during rush hrs... AND when they do have 2 people they will BOTH be filling online orders before they do the customer standing in front of them. Useless POS biz. Jimmy John's from now on. The pic attached was taken at 7:34. Locked up tight and kid behind count just did the 🤷
Nothing wrong with my sandwich. The guy did a great job. But I waited 30 minutes to get a damn sandwich!! How do you only have 1 person working during the dinner "rush." I know everybody is cutting budgets now so all CEOs can take home a cool $milly$ at the end of the year, but Jesus Christ. You gotta have 2 people working during a dinner rush. The 2 girls in front of me ended up getting 5 footlongs, which obviously made the wait longer. But still. Get the place staffed.

Chips are $3. I'll smuggle them in from the dollar store next time. Slow, incompetent and out of 3 different meats when we got there. Took FOREVER. 2 people walked out while we were there. Worst customer service I have ever had. I'm not one who normally gives criticism .. but when I'm paying for a meal.. a smile .. not throwing toppings around without even looking or caring.. and being downright confrontational for wanting sandwich is absolutely disgusting. I've never had such horrible service. Honestly.. just 100 percent terrible
