We went to this spot for lunch and, wow, the line was no joke (2 in front of us). The server was working hard—like Olympic-level hard—for each customer. We felt lucky to witness such dedicated customer service. After the person in front of us left, we waited patiently to be called. But then… plot twist! The server started washing her hands and doing a full equipment inspection like she was prepping for surgery. Apparently, she didn’t notice we were still standing there after 30 minutes. Anyway, we decided to do the noble thing—give her an unexpected break—and left. Enjoy your weekend, girl. You’ve earned it... I guess.

I stopped by there June 4, at about 3pm. The young man that helped me was awesome (didn’t catch his name) I had received an email with a coupon, however we couldn’t get it to work. I bought two sandwiches anyway. The young man was super polite and efficient. The food was great. Atmosphere was so-so ( it was at Walmart) I would highly recommend this subway.

Ordered a Subway club today. The employee tate was very nice and made my sandwich perfectly. I think Subway needs more employees like her. Usually when i go in the girl with the long braids is always mean and acts like she hates her job and customers.

Employees were rude!!! Ask a question felt like I burdened then!
Guy behind me asked for a bread that they didn't have anymore and the employee was like we haven't had that for a while now. And then whispered something under her breathe.

We walk in and she is on the phone with someone, we are patient and waiting and she comes out grunts at us and says “hang on” we wait a minute or two and she comes out and is just rude. Snotty attitude and she just made me feel bad about myself in there. We had a coupon and charged me 3 extra to add bacon to my turkey bacon sandwich even though the all american has three meats and there’s no up charge on that. I have never been up charged for bacon when getting this sandwich in the 15 years I have been getting the SAME SANDWICH! She was obviously in a very bad mood (at 10 in the morning mind you) and shouldn’t be taking that out on her customers. Do better, treat people better, maybe don’t make calls at work? This is May 3rd at 10:15 am. Subway you should know who is working this shift and I really hope you have a conversation with them about being more respectful to customers.

Took my son in yesterday March 22nd and sitting there waiting, feeling so bad for this poor employee tate who's making two to 5 subs per person and I don't understand how you can't have people there to help her? So many people walked out because she had too many subs to make and no help. Subway, give this girl a raise or hire more people for lunch rushed especially weekends.

Tate was amazing! I have a big family and always feel bad about eating out cuz we have big orders. She was well spirited about the whole thing and managed our order as well as three others pretty quickly. Definitely deserved some recognition!

I just left this location the employee was coughing really bad. I told her she needed to be home in bed taking medication..I told her to leave and go to urgent care she looked deadly and should not be around people making food..I gave 1 star because it would not let me leave no stars

A coworker and I both got lunch here at the same time. Fast forward 24 hours and both of us have been having severe stomach issues ever since. I only ate once that day so there are no other possibilities. This location needs to be looked into

This really isn’t on the poor woman whom is swamped but the fact that management had allowed it to be only one person working at a time.

My flatbread all American sandwich was wrong, wasn’t toasted, wasn’t even made when I showed up. I ordered it to be ready 25 mins before I’d even be there and still had to wait another 10 for it to be made. She has a line far too long. No help. Not cool
