My wife ordered three sandwiches and very clearly told the manager to their face I cannot stand lettuce or tomato on my sandwich do not put it on there The lady put the sandwiches all together which actually is the manager and then when my wife was paying for stuff and get anything is ready to go then they person wrapping the sandwiches up took a little longer my wife got a home we went to eat our sandwiches and mine was covered in guess what lettuce and tomato I went to bed without a sandwich now I have to wait till 4:00 p.m. almost 22 hours later before I can even talk to somebody to fix my sandwich problem hey guess what Don't eat fresh

Placed an online order on accident and couldn’t cancel! Tried calling the phone number and it doesn’t work! This location is an hr away from my house! Very frustrating

Both the bread and the vegetables were dry and the sandwich only had a half a slice of cheese. The bag they put the sandwich in had a hole at the end so the sandwich fell out onto the floor. I have had better at other subway sandwich stores

Worker #164 needs to be re-evaluated. Very un friendly and rude. I ordered the new Baja Chipotle chicken because it was $11 and the turkey was labeled at $13 and change. I honestly wanted the turkey but i had a limit to spend for lunch today...When my sammwich went in the oven we went to pay. I was charged $13 and change. I had to argue with her before she went to the menu to look at it and see that it actually was priced at $11. After that she didnt want to change the price until i told her to change the meat please. Then she changed the price. For the rest of my samwich build while putting obviously old vegetables on my samwich she did not say one word to me. Normally i would have asked for better vegetables, but at this point i didn't feel comfortable asking for anything more from her....I am very unsatisfied with my experience. She obviously does not like her job. And this happened at just after 12pm on March 4th 2025. If the management would like to reply with a number I can call i would be happy to talk.

Showed up at 11:30am they were basically out of every kind of bread and it seemed as though there was only one person working in the store and they were completely overwhelmed... I won't be back...

Avoid this store like the plague. I was trying to pick up a doordash order, one sandwich was already completed, literally took 15 min to make ONE sandwich, with absolutely no other customers or orders in store. 2 employees, one sandwich, 15 minutes. I could hire and train a child to make a sandwich faster. I will never step foot in here again.

I clicked one star because zero stars wasn’t available. I love most of the staff but LEAH at the Division store has a terrible habit of letting her walk-in customers wait 20-25 minutes per visit. I thought this was a one or sometime thing but here I am again at subway… have been here for about 23 minutes. My hubby is first in line, then others around waiting for her to finish mobile orders. She doesn’t speak to you, and lives for online orders only. I avoid this Subway and only come in when I am running late (they’re open until 10pm). Don’t walk into this Subway expecting courtesy or even a decent waiting time because you won’t find it here.

I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience the two ladies that closed tonight (12-10-2024) gave us. We came in late and as a service worker, I know how frustrating this can be. However, they met us with smiles and were so kind. I didn’t feel rushed at all, Leah even checked if we wanted any extras at the end. I cannot say enough good things about those two specific workers!!!

Place has turned into absolute trash! TERRIBLE customer service, literally won’t even acknowledge that you are standing there in line. They were out of a lot of stuff and the lady putting the food together was rude and VERY unhygienic. I was so disgusted when I left there that I ended up throwing the food in the trash and stopping to grab food from another business because I couldn’t even force myself to eat it. Waste of time and money. Won’t be returning.
