It’s so depressing walking in and then when I am being served , the women who is making my sandwich , has to ask over and over what’s on it and it’s not a complex , it’s a sandwich and she forgot things multiple and I asked clearly to toast the sandwich and she just ignores and wraps the sandwich. Never going here again.

I went here this morning around 10:15 AM. My sandwich was great, and the oatmeal cookies were awesome (slightly over-baked by Subway standards, which means they were perfect). My only issue is that when I went to eat the raspberry cookie I bought, it tasted moldy. Tried calling the store and got no answer. I'm hoping someone monitors these reviews and will check, as I'd hate for someone else to have a reaction to a moldy cookie.

I ordered door dash. I even gave my driver a tip- I know that’s not the store- but I specifically asked please please pretty please make our steak sandwiches hot n crispy. They showed up just now cold as ice. I watched the pickup drop off time that wasn’t a worry. So idk I hope feel amazing knowing two sleepless parents wanted a hot sandwich since our baby won’t sleep. I’ll never order subway again. What’s the point of getting food service if they can’t follow like the easiest request that I would have done myself given they ever hired me.
Losers. Idc im tired. I wanted a hot lunch. 34 bucks total for cold meat that’s supposed to be hot. You guys are literally the worst at your JOB. I could do better.

I put it in the oven to warm it up…. I take a bite- I PAID EXTRA. For more meat…. This is what that is? I’ve used subway since I was a kid. That is not double meat. This is a scam. Do not buy from here unless you are there watch them do it and make sure they do it right. It’s a sandwich… how hard can it be if I do it in my own kitchen and just want a damn break from my oven.

I went into the store today and ordered 2 ft longs two dippers and two drinks. Summer had messed up the first sandwich, I told her it was incorrect she remade it. When we got the sandwiches finally to the table with the drinks the bread was rock solid. Didn't want to bug her she had other customers and still hadn't gotten the two dippers that I ordered so we patiently waited. We waited for her to fill the other orders before doing the dippers. When we finally got them they were incorrect I went up she said that she had only charged me for one of them even though that is not what I ordered. At this point I told her that I would just like a refund cuz we had been there so long for the dippers she informed me that she could not refund me that she had to call her manager. Her manager Sonja got back to her and told her that I would have to wait an hour to get a refund on those dippers. I informed her if I had to wait an hour or come back to the store for a refund that she should refund my whole order. Manager Sonia said absolutely not that I could wait an hour get refund for the dippers. I called and I asked for the higher up her supervisor manager Aubrey she would not give me any info or email in order for me to contact him. She tells me that he said that she could refund me for the dippers. The staff the manager I've never had such a bad experience at anywhere I've ever gone or been treated so poorly. And on that note has anyone ever been told you have to come back or wait an hour for a refund. Not to mention I loved hearing the staff in the manager talk so poorly about me when they set the phone down. So according to Sonia the owners or higher-ups do not want to know or care what's happening in that store. I will never go back there to eat again.

My wife ordered three sandwiches and very clearly told the manager to their face I cannot stand lettuce or tomato on my sandwich do not put it on there The lady put the sandwiches all together which actually is the manager and then when my wife was paying for stuff and get anything is ready to go then they person wrapping the sandwiches up took a little longer my wife got a home we went to eat our sandwiches and mine was covered in guess what lettuce and tomato I went to bed without a sandwich now I have to wait till 4:00 p.m. almost 22 hours later before I can even talk to somebody to fix my sandwich problem hey guess what Don't eat fresh

Placed an online order on accident and couldn’t cancel! Tried calling the phone number and it doesn’t work! This location is an hr away from my house! Very frustrating

Both the bread and the vegetables were dry and the sandwich only had a half a slice of cheese. The bag they put the sandwich in had a hole at the end so the sandwich fell out onto the floor. I have had better at other subway sandwich stores

Worker #164 needs to be re-evaluated. Very un friendly and rude. I ordered the new Baja Chipotle chicken because it was $11 and the turkey was labeled at $13 and change. I honestly wanted the turkey but i had a limit to spend for lunch today...When my sammwich went in the oven we went to pay. I was charged $13 and change. I had to argue with her before she went to the menu to look at it and see that it actually was priced at $11. After that she didnt want to change the price until i told her to change the meat please. Then she changed the price. For the rest of my samwich build while putting obviously old vegetables on my samwich she did not say one word to me. Normally i would have asked for better vegetables, but at this point i didn't feel comfortable asking for anything more from her....I am very unsatisfied with my experience. She obviously does not like her job. And this happened at just after 12pm on March 4th 2025. If the management would like to reply with a number I can call i would be happy to talk.
