I was just in this location less than an hour ago Saturday June 8th 2024. I believe there were two ladies working, but I only saw one. The young lady that helped me was so wonderful! Exceptional customer service! I had a complicated order and messed things up on my end and she was so full of kindness and grace I feel humbled. I was having an already stressful day and was at my max! She must have seen the stress on my face because she quickly resolved the issue with a smile and was so friendly she turned my entire day around! True customer service! Wow I wish I could have left her a $100 tip! She deserved it! Thank you dear!

I was just in this location less than an hour ago Saturday June 8th 2024. I believe there were two ladies working, but I only saw one. The young lady that helped me was so wonderful! Everything I ordered was made entirely wrong. I ordered a sandwich with turkey, double meat, pepper jack, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, mayo and mustard all toasted, instead I received an untoasted, barely full portion of meat with no cheese, no pickles and no mustard, I did however get onions. I hate onions and the other 2 sandwiches ordered were also very messed up. My mother also just entirely did not get her salad, she had to go back in herself for an online order to go order it in store.

Food was fine, nothing out of the normal. But the young man they had working in there today, moved as slow as a sloth the entire time we were in there! There was a long line and a majority of the wait was just him taking his sweet time to do anything. Even over heard the other customers say that they wanted the young lady to prepare their food instead. Just very unprofessional and feel like his coworker was having to work twice as hard just to push through all the orders in a timely manner, she even had to put a closed sign on the door because it was becoming overwhelming.

Honestly so disappointed in my service this morning on 4/4 @ 9:04 I walked into this location to get my morning sandwich an she was very rude didn't greet me just said you'll have to wait a minute!!! Second my food is disgusting Honestly I said light spinach an she put two leafs on there my sandwich is flat because she literally put 5 pieces of lettuce, three olives..... you should make a sandwich the way you would.... I have never been disappointed in subway but she has to go.... if I come tomorrow an its her again I think I am gonna walk her step thru step so she can learn to not make flat sandwichs.

I got there around 8pm waited for the server while he was on the phone, he went around the corner to have what appeared to be a personal conversation, then came back to tell me they were closed, could of told me before his call that they were closed. VERT unprofessional, sorry but this isn't right!

Ordered online and picked up the food 10 minutes later. the bit sandwich was cold, they forgot the cheesy on both sandwiches the peppers and onions on the other, and the oil and vinegar on one. This is the second time they have destroyed the order. I do not recommend anybody go to this location. It’s absolutely terrible.
Horrible experience I took my friend to get a breakfast sandwich. Door was locked front door wouldn’t open all the way … attitude from our server was horrible … the food was disgusting not properly prepared. Spent 27 dollars of my hard earned money to get home and throw it away because it was disgusting. Thank you so much and also no one else can was there …. Not going back don’t recommend this place.
