Went to Subway there on market yesterday worst sandwich ever it had hardly any meat and I got the club with turkey ham ,beef hardly any meat on it not going back
Literally waited in the lobby for 20 min and the worker was in the restroom. Knocked on the door to make sure he was okay. No sign on the door and a family that was there before me told me he had to use the restroom. That family left! I waited longer and knocked again about 10 min later and asked how long he’d be. He said, just finished. I’ll be out when I’m ready. Well sir, that was a little rude! Not to mention your whole store could have been robbed. I tried to give him grace because he was alone. But, I could have done without the rudeness!!!
Order 4 sandwiches online came into to pick up 20 mins after ordering the store was dead one employee wandering the lobby the other just starting my order so sat and waited took order home the first one on the ticket was wrong and also the most expensive of the order so ran back to store only to find the door locked it was 7:25 the store door says closes at 8:00 I was just there not sure why it was closed down with the staff hiding in the back I did call and after 2 solid mins of ringing someone answered and could only tell me sorry we closed early you can fix it tomorrow.... it was supposed to be my dinner at least the family got to eat

Pretty crappy to ignore customers who walk in, no greeting nothing. Just continued on with his convo, not even a ill be with you in a moment.
The girl there today, Monday Apr 21, was superb! She is always so neat with my sandwiches and doesn't just throw all the veggies together like most other Subways. Even more important, she keeps the store so clean...cleanest of all the subways around here. That is why I go to that particular one.

Showed up at 7:20 lights were off and looks like been closed for a while. Store hours on here and front of store say open till 8pm
Beware, they might not be open even if the internet says they should be. Go to a more reliable subway.
Had placed an order online that said it’d be ready in 15 minutes a little before 7. Arrived at the location at 7:15 PM and for some reason the store is closed? Tried to call the store because the lights in the kitchen were on, their hours also said they’re open until 8 PM and there was no sign on the door explaining why they’re closed an hour early. After no luck with a phone call there was a convenient notification the order was voided. 40 minutes after being placed. Not sure what’s going on with this store but was sorely disappointed by no attempt to communicate. Even if it’s just a sign on the door.
$26 for two six inch subs? That's basically a $26 foot long. What a rip off. No wonder your lobby was completely empty. Never going to subway again. There are WAY better sandwich shops that charge the same.

The employee was the only one there but also took forty minutes to make my online order even tho the app said it was done 30 minutes before it even got started. Food was mediocre at best

Worst Subway I've ever been to. In the past they screw up a order by app. How hard is it to read the instructions from your own app? Ridiculous! The place always looks sloppy yet empty of customers so you know there is time to straighten up. Tried it again today and of course 1 sandwich wasn't even what we ordered and the other was a small pile of slop with little toppings and just fell apart. Not toasted. I will never give this Incompetent place my money again and I encourage you to do the same. Disgusting place with employees that truly don't care.

Cheyenne or however you spell it moves slower than a snail, poor customer service, no priority in making sure online orders are done. Another employee was there filling chips. Husband came to pick up order 15 minutes later than what was stated. They had 40 minutes to make the 3 sandwiches. Not even started. Had couple people in line, other employee looked mad, didn't come to help her. Sucky service, no sense of urgency, nor did they attempt to care. Will be going elsewhere next time. This is not my first experience with her. Train your employees better, or get rid of them. No one cares that you hate your job, just DO IT! Not even small talk made. Orion is one of the only decent people that work there.

My guy Ryan knows how to make a sub, he is the best! Always friendliest interaction and best small talk, this guy is hilarious. If this subway ever looses Ryan they’re in some deep doo doo. He keeps this location afloat.

Dude was ridiculous last 10 minutes a lady walks in after me and he goes "I close in ten minutes I might not be able to do your order" like bro you help people till your closed. And if there in after you keep helping till there all gone. Like what happened to good customer service. No wonder your tip jar sucks.

I went in to get a pick up order and for real made eye contact with THREE different employees who kept sweeping, washed their hands and put a knife away and then all left to go to the back room. What the hell kind of service is that? I shouldn't have to fight for you to take my money, I just canceled my order and I'll be getting food somewhere else since they obviously don't want paychecks. Just ridiculous.

Such a weird experience. Poor employee was alone with a line of 8. There was a lady in a swimsuit in line ..tweakers fill their cup with ice water in the soda machine and some randon man walked in and used the bathroom for15 minutes and left. Employee was good tho. Just kept on ....not sure ill go back. So weird. What happened to no shoes no shirt no service?
