Look at the toilet
I wanted a sandwich! Happy to wait however, when 1 employee is working on online orders and one employee is doing whatever in the back and 3 customers are waiting to order-be helped, there is a huge disconnect in what’s most important. You lost my order and my respect for your establishment. There are a lot of places to choose from and I’m sorry you won’t be one of them anymore.

I ordered pick up at 4:55pm and I arrived at 530. They advised that I didn’t order anything but then when I gave my last name they said they gave my order to some other person. That was absolutely ridiculous and I got no apology. That is the worse customer service I’ve ever received. No greeting, no apology, and they gave my food away. So I had to wait for a new one remade but the entire point was to pick up express.

Every time I order from this Subway Online they do not toast my sandwich. Even when I put it in the comments too. Today, was the last straw, because when I tried to curbside pick up my order, I called when I got there. There was no one in the store, but I called three times, and recieved no answer. I waited, then decided to just go in. 3 employees come out, faces red, as if they've been caught in some sort of act. 3 employees couldn't answer the phone, or bring my sandwhich to my car when I ordered curbside?
P. S. My sandwich was still not toasted.

I ordered online and the app did not give me my full discount with my code. I still paid and my husband picked up our order. When we got home this was what I opened up. My husbands sandwich is dripping wet and soggy. I ordered it drier so he could save it for lunch the next day, but it’s not even edible tonight. Even the paper is soaked and falling apart. I tried calling to let them know about the problem, but no one is answering so now what? This meal was a double meat so cost just for his was over $19. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. So disappointing.

Friendly & patient staff and excellent customer service making our sandwiches to order. Taking coupons is a huge bonus that most other Subways in the city don't do anymore. The Francis store surely will have our business!

This Subway location is my go to now thanks to the sandwich artist that served me. Karter is the man! So friendly and attentive. Clean inside the restaurant and well made sandwich.

Are eggs on are sandwiches were still frozen inturn made the bacon cool. It was a wasted trip and wasted 30 bucks when we go back and they closed extremely early. Very dissatisfied with the workers.

I came in and got 3 sandwichs and the bread first off looked not cooked fully it was all droopy in the center and we oreder egg and bacon sandwiches when we got home we went to eat them only to find out they were still stone cold we came back to have them remade bit found the doors to be locked at 7:48pm 12 minutes before they close this is just unacceptable the staff needs to be retrained on how to make food.

Showed up 20 minutes before close along with two other people, which I would understand annoyance if you had grills to clean or any other labor intensive task, but you literally put together sandwiches. The guy with the glasses and headphone in who made my sandwich made sure to let everyone know he was annoyed with his attitude and demeanor, which was irritating in and of itself. But then when I get home to eat my sandwich the bread is rock hard and stale and you could tell it had been sitting for a couple days at least. I’m severely annoyed with everything that I experienced with this store and have never dealt with that at any other Subway before.

I tried this location for the first time, ordered online thinking I would get the value I paid for. Picked up the food and the employee said make sure you carry the food so it doesn't fall out of the bottom of the bag. I thought to myself, this bag of 2 footlongs and a salad that cost $65 felt like it had nothing in the bag, nothing to fear. Got home and realized the subs had a kit half the amount of ingredients and the salad looked super undesirable. We paid extra for extra protein and meat on one sub and the salad,literally got robbed on that. The salad end up making someone pretty sick and didn't even bother to finish half the salad. I contacted the store via email with my receipt and the owner said " l set the prices and if you didn't get what you paid for I will refund you". Provided the receipt directly to the owner Ron and never heard from him again. I sent an email asking what the resolution was and h le never responded. No surprise. I will never ever visit this Subway again, absolutely unacceptable food and resp lonse form the owner Ron. Enjoy overpaying your unskilled staff while losiing customers left and right!

Walked in to take out a couple subs.. The sandwiches were Subway, good, nothing out of the ordinary . However, the 2 gentleman working when we came in were exemplary. They greeted us, they were attentive and communication was top notch. They were clearly busy yet they handled it with smiles and with multi tasking that was impressive all while maintaining standards and customer service. Well done to whomever you guys were.. The store owner should be proud of such great representation for their business .
