Went this evening about 8 pm on 2/8/2025...
The young lady working had THE worst attitude, as tho we were simply a huge bother to make us sandwiches and they were easy too. We always go to this location because they have always been very accommodating, kind and easy to talk to. I can't say if we will return to this location because she made us feel like we ruined her day for showing up. very disappointing.

Spent 40 minutes on website trying to order a sandwich and kept getting kicked out just as I was ready to pay. Finally paid and it kept saying it was being processed. Went to bank web site and it showed payment went thru. So I called store. Message said calls being screened and if I were friend or family member or invited guest I should press #. What? Once I got someone, they said they couldn’t confirm they received my order until 15 minutes before time I said I’d pick it up. I had to order on line in order to save $7 but over 45 minutes of my time for a sandwich and to save $7 is not worth my time!
My tuna sub had inedible stems and a piece of what appeared to be a piece of cabbage that I did not order.

I'm specifically giving 5-stars to Bodhi at Subway who is one of the most outstanding employees I've ever encountered. Super personable, genuinely cares about customers, cooperative, and communicative! :) And he makes our sandwiches so well! I was so disappointed to hear that he will no longer be working at Subway. If Subway hires people like him I will continue to go

Order was wrong in almost every way. Most patheticly made sandwiches ever! So pissed when you pay for something and it’s done wrong. Used the wrong bread and half the veggies we asked for were missing. The instructions are literally on the receipt for online orders. No help when I ask for the right sandwich to be made. Such a rip off with terrible service.

Very hit or miss!! Sometimes they nail it but most of the time there's something wrong. If I pay an extra $1.50 for guac they should make sure it's actually added to my sandwich!! And half the time they give me the wrong cookie. I notice that whenever I use a coupon (subway is super expensive now so you bet I'm going to use coupons when I can) is when my order is usually made incorrectly. Lastly, they make it impossible to refund or make a complaint when your order is wrong.

Very regular costumer but 8:11 pm 3/1/2024 night staff where extremely rude worst service we ever had there ! Look reviews are suddenly bad very good until this new staff.

My online orders are never done in the time the app says it will be done! Employees say that they take care of the customers standing there first instead of filling the orders in the order that they are received! It shouldn’t matter if someone else is there, if an online order come in between customers standing in line that order should be made before you take the next person in line!!!
