They talked over my my food. Accidentally tipped them 16.50 they would not give me my refund. In fact their machine is rigged to make you make fast transaction because it has an irritating alarm noise and the machine does not say you are giving a tip in no form or fashion. The manager is very incompetent because instead of giving me a refund or a cash refund she insisted that I called the number which is not a complaint number. Horrible service. Horrible food. Very incompetent team running this establishment.

The Boss lady is super cool and nice. Treat her with respect and she'll give it back. The only person that was ever rude to customers was Sue and she was fired.

I dropped in for a sandwich as one does walking into a subway. It seemed like the person making the sandwich was fairly new, she asked me if I wanted my sandwich toasted I told her I needed to skip that now since it had taken a little longer than expected and I watched my bus drive up. Her coworker an older woman was immediately combative, I wasn't trying to be hostile just, I was just trying to explain my situation. She more or less made clear that I don't matter as a person or a customer, and that she was upset at me for getting less than I paid for so that I don't miss my bus. Sensing how unwelcome I was I replied with fine, I won't come in here anymore. She got really excited with a big smile, face lighting up.

Terrible terrible terrible. I came in at 420 roughly on a Friday afternoon, I was in a rush, this dude couldn’t get a single thing right, I spent $9 on my sandwich and threw it away. I make minimum wage, so that’s a lot to me.

Good food, nice people. They work hard while dealing with nasty people. But the manager, is really awesome. Recommend going there, even though there are negative reviews. Sounds like people crying, just to cry.

I am a regular at this Subway as I have to ride the bus to my job. The people are friendly and the manager is lovely. They know my order by heart and sometimes throw in some free cookies. I love stopping by even when I don't buy a sandwich and they are always happy to see me when I come in.

That should tell you enough about the caliber of people who run this store.
I heard them blaming each other for the poor condition of various things in the store and just walked out.
A bunch of mouth breathers.
Now, I'm done.

Ordered online. Received VERY POORLY MADE ORDER. Went back to ask for a remakes ASSISTANT MANAGER KYLE refused to help us or remake our order, he said “nothing I can do about it”

Just went in to get my daughter a veggie delight and the lady working there told me and my daughter that they cross contaminated there meat with there veggies will be making a complaint to the health board about this

I have been here twice in the past week and a half to this location. Both times I have had the same person helping to make my order. Kyle is a very polite, friendly, and courteous employee. He went the extra when I asked for more veggies than I typically get and even assisted with arranging a good substitute for no further charges when one of the meats I had ordered was not available. I will not make much in the way of review about the actual restaurant as it is normal Subway material. I just wanted to recognize a excellent employee at this particular franchise site.
