I could say a lot about this place, but I'll just let you know about a sign they had in their window for the price of cookies: 3 for $2.50 OR 6 for $5.00 That should tell you enough about the caliber of people who run this store. I heard them blaming each other for the poor condition of various things in the store and just walked out. A bunch of mouth breathers. Now, I'm done.

Just went in to get my daughter a veggie delight and the lady working there told me and my daughter that they cross contaminated there meat with there veggies will be making a complaint to the health board about this

I have been here twice in the past week and a half to this location. Both times I have had the same person helping to make my order. Kyle is a very polite, friendly, and courteous employee. He went the extra when I asked for more veggies than I typically get and even assisted with arranging a good substitute for no further charges when one of the meats I had ordered was not available. I will not make much in the way of review about the actual restaurant as it is normal Subway material. I just wanted to recognize a excellent employee at this particular franchise site.

The lady working there is EXTREMELY RUDE!. She had a very unpleasant tone and was very confrontational with myself and my family. She also took her time and focused on other tasks such as baking as opposed to taking care of the customer.
As a store manager myself I would NEVER let my employees get away with treating customers this way. Furthermore. If you look at prior reviews I am far from alone in this experience.

Asked for a six inch. He made a 12 in. I tried to tell him I'd take it like that but then he just cut it in half and threw the other half away and I was left with a 4 in sandwich.

This is the subway in the Bus Plaza and it is the BEST ONE IN TOWN. The gals that work there are so welcoming and friendly. They make me and my twin boys wanna come back everyday....if only we had the funds ? but when we do get lunch down town, this is the only subway we will go to!!

The Manager Kristy at this location is denying customers extra veggies and says that they are not available to give sauces on the side even if you pay for them. I am very disappointed with her service and it is frustrating going somewhere that should have sauces available on the side even at an extra cost and they should not be arguing with people over extra veggies when it says on subways site that exte veggies are free and offered.

This unexpectedly is a great place to grab a sub. They have fresh-cut veggies and the Manager is professional, polite, hardworking, and great to her employees. I've been here 5 or more times and every time she has been elbow-to-elbow working with her employees.The location is not a good one only because of the homeless. If you're there before 7 it's ok but after it's a different crowd at the plaza.The employees are welcoming. I'd recommend this to friends and family. It's a great spot if you're transferring buses or heading home to pick up lunch or dinner. The cookies are amazing. I just saw they have a foot-long chocolate chip cookie now. I'll be getting one of those real soon.
