This is the subway in the Bus Plaza and it is the BEST ONE IN TOWN. The gals that work there are so welcoming and friendly. They make me and my twin boys wanna come back everyday....if only we had the funds ? but when we do get lunch down town, this is the only subway we will go to!!

The Manager Kristy at this location is denying customers extra veggies and says that they are not available to give sauces on the side even if you pay for them. I am very disappointed with her service and it is frustrating going somewhere that should have sauces available on the side even at an extra cost and they should not be arguing with people over extra veggies when it says on subways site that exte veggies are free and offered.

This unexpectedly is a great place to grab a sub. They have fresh-cut veggies and the Manager is professional, polite, hardworking, and great to her employees. I've been here 5 or more times and every time she has been elbow-to-elbow working with her employees.The location is not a good one only because of the homeless. If you're there before 7 it's ok but after it's a different crowd at the plaza.The employees are welcoming. I'd recommend this to friends and family. It's a great spot if you're transferring buses or heading home to pick up lunch or dinner. The cookies are amazing. I just saw they have a foot-long chocolate chip cookie now. I'll be getting one of those real soon.
I have received service at this location (transit station) several times and have been helped by the same older brunette lady every time and each time she is rude and pushy. She never gives courteous service nor is she patient. I always receive a condescending attitude.

I am so mad right now!!! So I asked my son to go in subway and get me 1 STRAW!!! He comes out and and says "they said they don't have any" so I look through the window and they have a whole lot of straws. So I went inside to find out why they lied. I walk inside and one of the girls starts yelling "you have to buy a drink to get a straw, we don't just give out free stuff" lol and I'm like "it's ONE STRAW" I said that and all three of the women behind the counter started screaming at me. I had 2 redbulls so I didn't need another drink so I literally paid $2 and some change for one plastic straw. I could understand if I asked for free food or something crazy like that but it was a straw... The women were in there yelling "we (subway) have to buy them they don't come free". All I kept saying was "it's just one straw though" then when I pay for a whole drink just for the straw and walk out and they start talking about me between each other loudly lol subway in the plaza do better.

The reason for the one start is the card machine forced me to tip. It would not let me press the no tip sign. You're making a sandwich tip is not needed as he didn't even know how to make my sandwich without me telling him

Dropped in for a meatball sandwich and staff was a pleasant and friendly!!!!
Came in today to order a sandwich, the lady who made my food was rude as hell, I said light jalapeño and she put literal handfuls on there, and pretty much drowned my sandwich in mayo. I paid 8$ for a sandwich that I can’t even eat because the bread is rock hard and she didn’t listen to what I said at all. Gave me rude looks the whole time and had a bad tone . Very rude employees to be honest and I will not ever be coming here again since this is how they treat people.

One employee always informs me on how much sodium is on my sandwich or says “ oh you’re the guy who likes all the salt,” so flattering, thanks for that. Last time she had the urge to educate me on what brine is and how pickles are made…today a different employee handled money with gloves on, and then continued to make my sandwich with the same gloves. What’s the need to change gloves when you are at the lovely, and very sanitary STA Plaza right? Place sucks…go one block to the River Park Square Subway. You’ll be happier, and be greeted by more competent employees.

Worest sub way I have worked for 711& subway as whole I went in to order a min pizza but the employee there told me I can only put pepperoni I’m allergic to pepperoni but the employee refused to substitute pepperoni to chicken I was very disappointed and left I even started I can pay the extra employee still refused keep saying I have to get the pepperoni train you’re employees because I used to work at sub way and many more places but I didn’t except this to happen
