Was just told that we would have to wait 20 minutes to do our order... in store... because of online orders... I asked if those get priority and was told yes. With an attitude, before I even said anything. This happened after standing there watching the two employees gossiping while the poor lady with children ahead of me quietly waited for them to stop gossiping and finish making her food. WHAT?!

Employees will price gouge you. Got a Philly with bacon, they insisted on ringing it as a monster which excluded my coupon and over charged me by $10. Go literally anywhere else or you'll overpay.

did not have the best experience. mya the heavy set girl was very rude seemed annoyed to have to make sandwiches (but that’s her job) and did not make my sandwich correctly. asked to try the new pretzel and she rolled her eyes at me before making it. very disappointed with the service and food. Won’t be coming back to that location.

I rarely get subway, but tonight was third time this store was out of roast beef, cheddar cheese and peperoncinis. Another time they were out of turkey. How does a subway run out of the two most popular sandwich meats, cheese and peperoncinis? Young man working added salt to my son’s sandwich without asking, which he took anyway because he doesn’t like conflict. He didn’t offer to fix it. Truly annoying, especially when I’m the person that suggested subway tonight against everyone else’s protests.Attention store owner: you should respond to your reviews, good or bad. Next stop, subway corporate.

Elva was amazing; so friendly and cleanly (she washed her hands after helping the gentleman cash out and before making my daughter’s sandwich); the bathrooms were extremely clean and freshly bleached. Thank you for the exceptional customer experience, Elva!

Slow service. Unkind staff. Order was inaccurate. I placed an order for three subs and curbside pick up the employee delivered it 22 minutes after I arrived with 18 minutes after estimated completion. There was three employees in the store and no customers during that duration. I had a sick kid in the car and I need to stop and get some food on the way home and couldn’t get out the car. When I go home, one of the subs was completely wrong not what I ordered. I called SUBWAY® and the employees said, “well that person went home for the day and we can’t do nothing about it”. I asked if their protocols to make it correct and the person said you have to come back and get a new sub. I told him I had a sick in the car and it was I had to come back no matter what, and he said, “that sucks man”. I can’t believe the lack of awareness being able to attend an order, complete an order accurately, and remedy the situation to meet the customer. They didn’t appreciate knowing that the customer went out their way do get the correct order and not to their fault, but due to the employees at subways fault. I visit on Sunday, June 25 at 3 PM to young males and one young female were working. Will never visit to Subway ever again incompetent employees that reflects on the management and the corporation.
