Called to place an order due to a large order and wanted to pay cash instead of ordering online where the only option to pay is credit/debit card. Girl on the phone gave me every excuse whey they could not make 5 sandwiches in an hour and a half and told me the only way she would help me was to order online. Great way to treat your customers.

Came in today 12/15/2023 at 2:25pm and the girl took my order then went in the back and was arguing with a young man. The young guy was acting like he was throwing up multiple times behind the register and made several loud disturbances the whole 20 minutes I was in the store. The girls tried to quite him down but he refused. I don't think I will be back to this store.

I ordered a Vegi on Italian with Pepper Jack. Noticed she put 4 triangle pieces on the bread. I asked if it's normal for double the cheese on a veggie. She replied" nope Veggie dosen't come with cheese at all we just give you that" . Wow I'm honored ... bad service.

Tried to use the app from a couple of miles away, so that I could pick up sandwiches when I arrived. Experience with the app was horrible. But the staff at this restaurant redeemed the entire experience and made a couple of wonderful subs for us. Not only did they redeem my overall SUBWAY® experience, they also fixed some settings deep in the app that allowed it to work correctly for this restaurant. I’m one happy camper.

Every window and most walls in this restaurant has an advertisement that they are "freshly slicing deli meats". Apparently they are not. They are not offering any pepperoni at this location because he doesn't know how to slice anything. My whole family went here so we wouldn't have to cook in the recent heat. We all prefer Italian subs, for which pepperoni is a staple. Not only are they not slicing any, they don't have any pre-sliced either. Oh well, I settled for something else

They allowed me to order online, then lost the order. I was robbed. And I'm hungry. Worse yet, the old woman behind the counter is insanely rude. This morning, they had no meat at the location. Now they can only accept cash. And they lose orders. Why is this store even open???????? It's a comedy of errors with horrible customer service. Deleting the app and never going to Subway in the future. Awful.

We went and ordered from here today and got home to find out one of sandwiches was not made correctly. We tried calling multiple times and they never picked up.
