Every dine in review from the last 6 months is bad.

Always an atmosphere/employee attitude issue, typically in conjunction with some failure in service.

Candace has been contacted and refuses to acknowledge any complaints based on poor customer interactions, to the point of hanging up on people calling the store to reach management to follow up on bad service. (cus it's always someone else's fault, right?) Ridiculous.

I know homeless people who have better customer service skills.

Also, the place isn't generally clean, tables always have crumbs, employees are always on their phones, and if they're in a bad mood, they don't hide it.

Save your money and go to a different subway if you must. It's not worth the trouble to order anything here.

They'd get zero stars of was an option.

Vegetarian options: Their veggies are old, they don't even pay attention to the date labels for alot of their products but especially vegetarian options

Kid-friendliness: No these teenage employees get disrespectful and rude and they just threatened to gave you trespassed when you try to explain what is in appropriate.

Don't bring your kids here. They'll only pick up bad habits.

Went here to order lunch for my husband around 1130am. THe sandwich maker guy was really kind. Went to pay for my meal with a hundred and the girl told me they don't take 100 only 50 and below. Then told me to.walk to the bank next door to try to break it. I went there and the bank told me no because I didn't bank through them at this point I went back to subway and told them to toss the sandwiches and they need to post that they don't accept large bills because I wouldn't of wasted my time or theirs if the correct signage was displayed. Time is valuable and I'm not happy I wasted mine.

Boss and I in to a nearly empty restaurant at about 1:14pm, only one woman was standing at the register. Before the door could close behind us, the guy behind the counter leans over as far as he can to tell us they have a large transaction and they are not taking any more orders, and that they are pretty much closed. I find it pretty hard to believe that a subway can be so backed up that they can't possibly make a single foot long meatball sub to be split between two people, but here we are. Luckily Jeanette and her co-workers at the hwy 395 location just a few blocks away were able to provide the customer service and meatball sub we were searching for from Subway

It truly sucks that you aren't able to use subway coupons here..unfortunately we love subway and this has stopped us from using this location due to that..with the way that food has increased in price having the opportunity to save a little bit of money wouldn't hurt occasionally with a coupon

This location never has The for me and they cancel drain tire order because they don’t want it. They don’t want to spend the time to cut some more meat. Go in and take a look and see what’s going on

Came in with an order for two sandwiches. The girl without a name tag but a silver necklace that I think read cadence was very short and rude. I'm also fairly sure she made up rules because she "couldn't" add turkey to blt because there wasn't an option to in the system but could add pepperoni to a subway club. She kept making snobby faces when asked for simple requests. Shout to the other gentleman working for taking over because she shouldn't even have a job if that's how she's going to act with customers.

I came in and got the Supreme Meats and while the food was very good but the service was not. Kaydence, I believe her name was, was very rude and condescending. She made us feel very rushed and acted very abrasive.

3rd time at this location and have had less than positive results. Last trip on Friday, ordered 6" cold cut combo, only had 1 choice of bread out of mayo, asked for lettuce. Tomato, vinegar and oil which never made it into the sandwich also ordered a bacon, eggs, and cheese Flatbread 12". Again no mayo or cheese went into the sandwich. At check. Was presented with a 12" cold cut combo and be&c Flatbread.

Very disappointed and will not return to this location

Someone hacked my subway account and ordered a footlong and a six inch sub. I called and the employee was AMAZING. She took down my name and number and called the cops and did everything possible to help resolve the situation. GIVE HER A RAISE!

I ordered from this location and had an issue with the subway app and my order due to them closing and the next day the Manager Candace was super helpful and extremely sweet and her employee who was working was always super sweet and helpful with making our food i really appreciated the fact that she helped make things better and helped me still get my order

This place used to kinda be tanking, but they got a new crew in there that's taking control of it. Very competent, hard working, and always friendly when I walk in.
