So can someone explain actually what time this places closes? In the past two months I've probably come around 6:15 to 6:30 before I work about 6 times and you guys have the door locked. But your advertised as 9:00 (used to be 7 as of recently). As of today 11/26, the doors are locked at 6:17. I will change the review once there is actual clarification on what the real closing time is

I was greeted and the nice lady that helped me took my order and made my sandwich was excellent she piled on the veggies and gave me enough sauce on it the sandwich was fantastic give that nice u lady a raise so a shout out to the lady working today at hico village on sprague and argonne around 1:30 and 2:00pm great job young lady keep up the great work 😀

Just tried the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich loaded with the works. Delicious and now my new favorite. The oatmeal raisin cookies took me right back to my childhood, fresh and tasting just like the ones my Mom made when I was a kid. Being fast, friendly, clean and close to my home and work, I will definitely be coming back to this Subway very soon!

3/30 @12PM, Completely Rude attendant should not be in customer service, Was snappy and seemed upset to be doing his job ,I decided I would not be served by such a person. Walked out and will take my business elsewhere.

Used to go here once a week while I did laundry but after a certain interaction with one employee two different times and being told that they don't have my stuff for whatever reason or I have to wait while he goes on. Break will not be returning there went to a neighboring Subway and they can't even make the sandwich that I ordered correctly. Per the Subway website, Subway has become a joke. Don't waste your money. Go to Jimmy John's. You'll be more satisfied
Blonde girl in there is very rude to customers. Not the way you should treat anyone honesty. Don't eat here hopefully the management does something about it

As my boyfriend was ordering I asked for the bathroom code. The young lady said “You have to ask the gas station it’s their bathroom.” I went to the gas station side where there was one employee and six customers waiting. I went back to subway to wait for our food. While waiting an EMT (who was in line at the gas station) came up asked for the bathroom code got it immediately. I decided to leave before our order was done. The employee said “ are you going to pay” I told her no I asked for the code and didn’t get it. Her reply was “I can’t give it to normal people” I asked “you can’t give it to customers?” She replied no. I know the importance of bathroom codes, I’ve had a job where it prints the code on the receipt. I don’t know the policy but I think the subway employee lied. Won’t spend my money with service like that.

I’m more confused than anything but I asked for green peppers on my sandwich and they gave me 3 slices in a line, I then asked for olives and got like 6? Idk I’m not even mad I’m just confused like maybe the lady didn’t like olives and bell peppers so she gave me less?

Customer service sucks unfriendly and rude served the Uber guy why we waited a long time and didn't say I'm sorry for the wait along with not listening to what I wanted on the sandwich and added things I didn't want on the sandwich so please hire better help or get some help for her because she can't do the job
