Just tried the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich loaded with the works. Delicious and now my new favorite. The oatmeal raisin cookies took me right back to my childhood, fresh and tasting just like the ones my Mom made when I was a kid. Being fast, friendly, clean and close to my home and work, I will definitely be coming back to this Subway very soon!

Used to go here once a week while I did laundry but after a certain interaction with one employee two different times and being told that they don't have my stuff for whatever reason or I have to wait while he goes on. Break will not be returning there went to a neighboring Subway and they can't even make the sandwich that I ordered correctly. Per the Subway website, Subway has become a joke. Don't waste your money. Go to Jimmy John's. You'll be more satisfied

As my boyfriend was ordering I asked for the bathroom code. The young lady said āYou have to ask the gas station itās their bathroom.ā I went to the gas station side where there was one employee and six customers waiting. I went back to subway to wait for our food. While waiting an EMT (who was in line at the gas station) came up asked for the bathroom code got it immediately. I decided to leave before our order was done. The employee said ā are you going to payā I told her no I asked for the code and didnāt get it. Her reply was āI canāt give it to normal peopleā I asked āyou canāt give it to customers?ā She replied no. I know the importance of bathroom codes, Iāve had a job where it prints the code on the receipt. I donāt know the policy but I think the subway employee lied. Wonāt spend my money with service like that.

Iām more confused than anything but I asked for green peppers on my sandwich and they gave me 3 slices in a line, I then asked for olives and got like 6? Idk Iām not even mad Iām just confused like maybe the lady didnāt like olives and bell peppers so she gave me less?
Customer service sucks unfriendly and rude served the Uber guy why we waited a long time and didn't say I'm sorry for the wait along with not listening to what I wanted on the sandwich and added things I didn't want on the sandwich so please hire better help or get some help for her because she can't do the job

Terry called me in for a interview and then belittled me for 1an half hours basically saying he does not know why iam their and asked me why I have long hair and a beard and stuff putting me down and he never even met me before that day I would like for a owner of a franchise to be respectful to anyone that come in and try to get a job but Terry here was definitely disrespectful and interrogated me at the interview

The 2 girls that have been there when I've gone in are just rude. The blonde one either had a resting bit*h face or was giving me dirty looks and looked high as hell. The fat one was just snippy and rude, their attitudes are definitely not customer service friendly.Update- Even worse this restaurant employee vape inside at the prep counter and allow children to mop floors. Which i believe is illegal, the chemicals used in cleaning cam be hazardous to children. I'll post the videos

They donāt take coupons. Thatās my only gripe. I get that itās their choice. Just an odd model to have corporate coupons out in a market via direct mail but then having your franchises refuse to honor them?

The spokane franchise owners need to get a grip. I understand the prices of everything going up? but refusing coupons you mail to me, AND app promotions? Hopefully they end up having to close down a few of these, charging charging $17 for a damn sandwich. We havenāt been here in months and will continue to pass until they start accepting promotions again.
