Terry called me in for a interview and then belittled me for 1an half hours basically saying he does not know why iam their and asked me why I have long hair and a beard and stuff putting me down and he never even met me before that day I would like for a owner of a franchise to be respectful to anyone that come in and try to get a job but Terry here was definitely disrespectful and interrogated me at the interview

The 2 girls that have been there when I've gone in are just rude. The blonde one either had a resting bit*h face or was giving me dirty looks and looked high as hell. The fat one was just snippy and rude, their attitudes are definitely not customer service friendly.Update- Even worse this restaurant employee vape inside at the prep counter and allow children to mop floors. Which i believe is illegal, the chemicals used in cleaning cam be hazardous to children. I'll post the videos

They don’t take coupons. That’s my only gripe. I get that it’s their choice. Just an odd model to have corporate coupons out in a market via direct mail but then having your franchises refuse to honor them?

The spokane franchise owners need to get a grip. I understand the prices of everything going up? but refusing coupons you mail to me, AND app promotions? Hopefully they end up having to close down a few of these, charging charging $17 for a damn sandwich. We haven’t been here in months and will continue to pass until they start accepting promotions again.

I don’t know how long the meat had been sitting out, but I took two bites and knew I would end up with an upset stomach, so I told the guy I don’t know how old the meat is, but it doesn’t taste right and threw my sandwich away. The guy just stood and stared at me. Never will I eat a Subway again

This location was super busy when we came in on a Saturday afternoon. There was only one associate working by the name of Heather. She was doing a fantastic job for being the only worker there. She was running back and forth trying to replenish the ingredients and at the same time juggling a ton of customers. She made the experience fantastic. Great cudos to Heather and she deserves a raise and promotion.
Went to Subway this evening after receiving coupons from subway in the mail. Specifically a buy one get one free sandwich. When we were in line we heard someone at the front of the counter getting upset that he could not use this coupon. This is when we discovered that the owner of the subway decided not to accept subway coupons. We also found out that he owns most of the subways in Spokane. Yet there is a large advertising that came out in the mail today for subway. This is bringing business into a store but he is not honoring the coupons. I chose to turn around and leave only for the principal. I will not do business with someone like this. This is wrong and deceitful.Shame on you subway!

****DOES NOT ACCEPT COUPONS*****Subway corporate mails out coupons to draw in business. The owner of this and multiple other locations in Spokane has Decided not to accept coupons. For families that are trying to make their budgets stretch those buy one get one free is a big chunk of change to spend when you weren’t counting on that. . Placement of their signs is on the very beginning of the counter as you walk in.A customer walks right past that to look at the menu.Fortunately for us there was somebody upset about it at the very end of the counter already having had their sandwiches made, when we walked in so we benefited from overheating “but that’s why I came in today”. Thumbs down to the gal who walked to the beginning of the counter… twice to show the sign. We were relieved to not be unpleasantly surprised when it came time to make our purchase. We made our comment put the sign in the middle of the counter where people order their food, And left.Thumbs down to you ….owner for accepting the graciousness of subways advertising but poorly placing signs and being greedy and keeping the bottom line to you and not and making families on a budget suffer.
