We love this subway, but the kid with the brown curly hair needs to wear it back or in a visor. There's no reason he should be exempt when everyone else is wearing one. It's gross.

I put in an online order for two sandwiches made with ham. When I got there, they said they didn’t have ham, so I put in for a refund. I never got that refund. I was in contact with the manager and they said they would be investigating it. It’s been 2 months now and I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and I’m just ghosted. Never coming here again.

My online order was sent to an out of state location. When I came to pickup they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to drive 2 hours to pick up my sandwich. Excellent way to lose a customer for life.

Bought online their two for 13.99 special. Ordered from Spokane North HWY 395 Wandermere Ordered double meat on both ( $3.50 extra each) Picked up in store. Sandwiches seemed kind of light but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Bad idea. Not double meat, not dressed out per order and worse yet, the sandwiches both had the overpowering flavor of BLEACH!!!! Seriously, as if the spinach/olives/tomatoes were soaked in bleach water.... Hungry enough to attempt to scrape off the veg, and try the sandwich anyhow... but ended up throwing it out. Last time for this place.... Time for a health inspector check.
When I walked in the employee with blonde hair and ashy roots was sitting in a booth just talking to her friend about boys and parties. Very unprofessional. Luckily the girl who helped me was the complete opposite. Ella was very friendly and helpful. This subway really needs to reevaluate some of their staff!

Having to wait over 10 minutes for an overpriced sandwich is ridiculous! This place needs more staff! While I appreciate Ella and the other girl’s effort it is clear that they are understaffed for their rushes. There should be more than just 2 people during busy hours.

The employee at the till did not wash her hands and change her gloves after ringing up the customer in front of me. After I asked her if she changed her gloves, another employee Ella rolled her eyes at me. I stated that I wasn’t trying to be rude and Ella glared at me and rolled her eyes again. Food safety is important and so is customer service. Ella was extremely rude and hopefully she will receive some customer service training.

Didn’t know how to give me a refund when they overcharged me. No manager/ supervisor there, mostly teenagers who didn’t know how to do anything except make the sandwich. I was in a hurry & didn’t notice until it was too late.

This is the best subway in the Spokane area! The dinning area was so clean and their food is so fresh! Our servers Ella and Cailin were so friendly and helpful. The service here is quick and friendly. I’ll definitely be driving the extra mile for this Subway.
