The sandwich artists today were amazing!!! We had a large order and they busted it out in no time. Even with the large order they smiled the whole time and even labeled each sandwich so we knew what sandwich was which. It was a real Kick ass experience The food is always prettygood. As for the atmosphere its in Walmart.

This is the worst location to go to. Placed an online order around 6pm. Go to pick it up and I had to wait for someone to come out from the back to help me(no one is ever out front to greet the customers) I was informed my order was canceled because they didn't have enough teriyaki chicken for my sandwich. While I was standing in the lobby waiting for someone to help I noticed the floor was just mopped, gate was halfway closed and all the food was already put away. Im thinking they canceled my order because they were closing early, wasn't even 630 and on a Monday, website says they close at 8pm. Seems like this location always shuts down early. I Placed another online order with the Nevada location and kudos to them, lobby was full when I arrived but they still greeted me when I walked in. My order was ready, food was great and customer service was awesome! My advice to everyone is go to the Nevada location, they are happy to serve you!

I ordered through the subway app and had it delivered through DoorDash, well they forgot most of my order and when I called they told me that once DoorDash picks it up it is out of there hands. I ordered on 9/16/2025 5:12 Served by 9******* If subway contacts me I will give the rest of the number cause I don’t feel comfortable including the total server id number

I always have really good experiences when i come here, started coming when the one next to cold-stones closed because the managers were always quick and neat but i noticed they put up with a-lot more then they should have to at this new location both times i have been in recently walmart workers were trashing the lobby sitting on there breaks eating food not even from the store and it seems they have no general respect for the business or workers when i asked the workers about it all agreed the walmart workers were entitled and created constant messes which visibly reflected on both my trips, the guy and girl on shift usually together seriously deserve a raise and seem to be constantly moving around to keep up with the foot traffic and are good at explaining the deals although i do believe corporate misleads with there 6.99 walmart foot-longs

The online orders are never correct leading to unsatisfactory sandwiches. Staff is slow and rude making the experience awful.
They always manage to screw up my online orders. As someone who worked at Subway for years it’s not that gd hard you literally just need to read the order. Starting to think everyone working there is illiterate. Don’t waste your time or your money here it’s not worth it & I hope they’re shut down asap they suck

Why does this place close its tables at 2 in the afternoon? Chairs will be up on tables during lunch time. Also they close off the back when there is customers with no places to sit because it’s closed off. Not sure what’s going on there.

They are so rude that they just ignore you and won’t even take your order. My son just wanted a pretzel, but we stood there for about five minutes while two employees ignored us until we just left.

The managers (one girl and a male who seem waaaaay too comfortable with each other) here are the SAME disappointing and extremely rude managers from the now CLOSED Newport hwy subway next to cold stones... Are they trying to close all the stores they can get their dirty hands on???? I only say dirty because the place is a MESS. Don't get food here, unless you happen to like being treated like trash under their feet :)
