The managers (one girl and a male who seem waaaaay too comfortable with each other) here are the SAME disappointing and extremely rude managers from the now CLOSED Newport hwy subway next to cold stones... Are they trying to close all the stores they can get their dirty hands on???? I only say dirty because the place is a MESS. Don't get food here, unless you happen to like being treated like trash under their feet :)

I ordered delivery and they cancel my order and it says to call for more information and no one answers the phone. This is ridiculous!! I hope I get my refund

This subway is aware about going agains sanitation guidelines. There excuse is they are just a subway in Walmart. We got my sandwich and it only had mustard on it, so we took it back so they could see and remake the sandwich correctly. They refused to remake it and only offered to take the already half eaten sandwich behind the counter while making others food, and putting the half eaten sandwich in the sanitary area. They claimed to be both mangers and this comes from corporate Subway. They refused to provide corporate subway manger number. This is how communal disease is spread by saliva spread to other people.

Subway has gone to the bottom.. only way to get a ok sub is you have to pay for it.. Jersey Mike has best sub!? Don't waist your time with subway..

It’s the same girl everytime we go. She doesn’t cook the bacon will throw it just cold on your sandwich. Canceled my order the second I got to the restaurant. Definitely needs retrained there’s literally always an issue.

Had my wife go get us sandwiches with our coupon…. and they told her they can’t except their own coupons cause they don’t make enough money there!! I find this a little irritating cause if they don’t make enough money there they should close it down and open a new store there..

I Was At Subway Today Febuary 14, 2023 At 11:15 A.M. To About 11:30 A.M. I Waited At The Front Counter For 3 To 5 Minutes Waiting To Give My Order To Someone. No One Came Out Of The Kitchen.Then I Said Very Loud "Subway Are You Here?" No One Came Out Of The Kitchen. I Went And Sat Down. Got Up And Saw A Woman Going Into The Kitchen. I Pounded On The Counter. This Extremely Rude Woman Came Out And She Said " Quit Screaming At Me." I Told Her I Was Not Screaming At Her." This Rude Woman The Said To Me " I Am Not Going To Serve You." My Blood Is Boiling Now And I Am Very Angry. I Have Been Shopping At This Wallmart And Eating At This Subway For 8 Years Now. This Employee Treated Me Very, Very BAD . I Will Never Eat At Your Subway Ever Again.

Not the best Subway experience when we stopped by to get a couple subs. They were out of some of the meats, and not the best customer service. Compared to the one by our house we usually go to it was a sub par experience.

Forgot an entire sandwich (only ordered 2) and refuses to answer phone, even though I've been trying repeatedly ever since order was left. Also messed up what did make it. This even after I called to confirm. Use different location

Don’t waste your money here, go elsewhere. The employees don’t listen to your order, they half-a$$ their job, and double charge. Trust me, it’s not worth it.
