It’s the same girl everytime we go. She doesn’t cook the bacon will throw it just cold on your sandwich. Canceled my order the second I got to the restaurant. Definitely needs retrained there’s literally always an issue.

Negative zero starI am a caregiver and i had brought my resident to shop and she wanted subway. Mind you this women here has no right!!!! To ever be rude to a client of mine she does not know if she is autistic, has dementia, or Alzheimer's, basically doesn't know her Situation at all besides that. She told my client in the most rudest way ever " i don't like your attitude " mind you my client had no idea what was going on why she would say that she is an 87 yr old super sweet lady and I replied excuse me she's not giving attitude her response was yeah she is I don't like attitude here. Umm excuse me miss what?!?! All because my client asked me to tell her she wanted an individual bag to place her sandwich. My client was in a scooter too! Subway need to teach their employees how to respect their elders! I'm pretty sure if this was her mother or grandmother someone was being rude to she would not have it! So subway lady!! Learn how to respect YOUR ELDERS. Stupid B*tch... she's lucky i didn't yell at her but i was working so I had to be calm for my client. Don't go there if you have attitude SMH

Had my wife go get us sandwiches with our coupon…. and they told her they can’t except their own coupons cause they don’t make enough money there!! I find this a little irritating cause if they don’t make enough money there they should close it down and open a new store there..

I Was At Subway Today Febuary 14, 2023 At 11:15 A.M. To About 11:30 A.M. I Waited At The Front Counter For 3 To 5 Minutes Waiting To Give My Order To Someone. No One Came Out Of The Kitchen.Then I Said Very Loud "Subway Are You Here?" No One Came Out Of The Kitchen. I Went And Sat Down. Got Up And Saw A Woman Going Into The Kitchen. I Pounded On The Counter. This Extremely Rude Woman Came Out And She Said " Quit Screaming At Me." I Told Her I Was Not Screaming At Her." This Rude Woman The Said To Me " I Am Not Going To Serve You." My Blood Is Boiling Now And I Am Very Angry. I Have Been Shopping At This Wallmart And Eating At This Subway For 8 Years Now. This Employee Treated Me Very, Very BAD . I Will Never Eat At Your Subway Ever Again.

Not the best Subway experience when we stopped by to get a couple subs. They were out of some of the meats, and not the best customer service. Compared to the one by our house we usually go to it was a sub par experience.

Don’t waste your money here, go elsewhere. The employees don’t listen to your order, they half-a$$ their job, and double charge. Trust me, it’s not worth it.

Walked in to get a healthy option however the appearance is too unhealthy. The vent above the bread was covered in such a thick layer of dust and grime that it appeared to never been cleaned, the employee had placed their head in to grab meat for the customer in front of us without a hat or hairnet but frizzy hair all over outside her pony tail, flies all over the counters, food, walls and only God knows what else. Lost my appetite and told the employee we changed our minds. The owner and employees should take time to clean and take pride in their restaurant or close it for safety for the public. Yuck

Forgot an entire sandwich (only ordered 2) and refuses to answer phone, even though I've been trying repeatedly ever since order was left. Also messed up what did make it. This even after I called to confirm. Use different location

Was here 2/27/2021 just before 2pm and the dude working the counter (pretty sure he was the only one there) was seriously great in every way a company and a customer would appreciate. He worked fast, handling the next person in line while the previous person's sandwich was toasted. He upsold the sides - we normally get all raspberry cheesecake cookies, but those Reese's pieces cookies are select - even helping us out when the freezee spilled. And he had a great sense of patience and humor while working between sandwiches, taking a kid's order, waiting for us to make decisions, and just generally entertaining conversation. Made sure to put the date and time because I didn't want the receipt so I never got his name. No one answered when I called to find out so I couldn't properly pass on the praise, either. Hope he and/or his manager's get this message. And tell him thank you!
