Manager was very rude I asked him what location would take a certain coupon after I had to try and call the place three times and he gave me a bunch of excuses on why the phones were down horrible then he wants to tell me that if it were up to him they would no longer take any coupons till they fix the prices he needs to be taken off the schedule for sure

As someone who is already not a big fan of Subway, any future patronage was dealt a death knell today.
I called repeatedly after this location's stated opening hours, trying to order ahead for a meeting. No answer, so I went in. After waiting for someone to emerge from the back, a guy I assume was the franchise owner finally came out and looked at me like I was stupid for wanting to order six sandwiches, first telling me to go online to order catering, then begrudgingly putting on gloves before telling me to hold on while he wrapped up a call.
I left him to his call and went elsewhere.

I had to use the restroom and it was a long line for food. Lady embarrassed me infront of everyone instead of offering the key and decided to make me wait. I feel like she profiled me. I did not order and left due to the embarrassment. This happened around noon on 11/02/24.

This place sucks! Waited 15 minutes just to end up waking out and there was only 1 person in front of us The lady working is extremely slow and has no idea what she's doing. Went to Carl's JR right beside this place and had 10/10 service.

Only accept random coupons. Online payment does not work so I come into the store and they say they can't help. Should have been $8 turned into $12. This is why subway is dying and needs to go away. Cmon owners help the customers so they become loyal.

This is the worst experience for a subway. Food is not fresh. No customer in the store. AND I am not only review this for myself. A young man is running into the store just wants to use the restroom. The rude lady is like you have to buy a sandwich, buying nothing else works. So buying something else, like cookies and drinks is not a paid customer?
The lady said that’s the rule. She showed no empathy!

Will accept coupons, just wont accept coupons they don't like. Employee was quite rude about it as well. At least the Hamilton location had a sign at the door stating they do not accept their own company's propaganda(coupons). I don't think that is fair as the coupon did not state "valid at participating locations only". when asked what locations might honor the valid coupon we were told "None in Spokane". News flash coupons are not made to make companies rich but promote and get people in the store. Visit the location on Francis and Nevada friendly and value their customers. As for this location do better.

This is the worst location. The OWNER is horrible his customer service skills are foul. I used a a coupon and OWNER says since I’m using coupon I cannot have extra veggies NOR CAN I BUY EXTRA.i returned sandwich and when OWNER asked why I told him and he told me take my F…… business elsewhere. So I did. I’ve been to multiple subways in town this location is by far theeeeee worst. I was told subway DOES NOT allow extra veggies it’s company policy. lol lol lol really cause EVERY OTHER subway makes your sandwich the way the. CUSTOMER PAYING WANTS!!! I will advertise on EVERY available social media outlet. If you can’t afford to let customers have their sandwich the way THEY PAY FOR ITEMSthen maybe the OWNER needs ANOTHER job to pay for his veggies that CUSTOMERS order.

Was just here to order some food and had awesome service. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be back again!! Had the ham, egg and cheese add bacon on flatbread with ranch, honey mustard and sweet onion sauce.

3:30p Sunday 11/26/2023Female working is aggressive and has the worst service! Every time we come in and she assists - easily the worst I have seen in the industry. Customer in front of us had several questions - employee's response was impatient, loud, and irritated. Doesn't even have the respect to remove headphones. As a result she is loud and aggressive. Pricing here is out of hand and will not honor online coupons. Why be a franchise if you can not honor franchise coupons? Used to be our favorite sandwich place. Due to last several employees - not interested in being a customer. Good luck.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. The last time I was here the employee working made me wait 15 minutes while she made an online order, and even made somebody who left’s sandwich first so it was ready for when they came back. Today the same employee did not come out to greet me. She poked her head around the corner to tell me it was going to be 5 to 10 minutes because she was making bread. There was bread in the case. She couldn’t even be bothered to come talk to me face to face because she was too busy chatting with someone else in the back. Abysmal communication and a really poor customer service interaction.
