Emily here is the build ticket we received last night, no lettuce, which is why you didn't get lettuce, if you would have checked your receipt taped to your bag.You would have seen that there was no lettuce.We build them the way the build ticket tells us to.

Automatically added onions and lettuce to my uber order that i did not add. I am allergic to onions, tried contacting the store to fix their mistake multiple times to get my calls immediately sent to voicemail. Uber refused to give me money back as well, so this store costed me $40 that I can not eat due to allergies. Even went back and made sure I didn’t select them, but at check out they get added regardless and you can’t do anything about it. Don’t order from here online unless you want the wrong sandwich!

The person who made our sandwich did not want to be there! My 85 year old mother and I wanted to have a sandwich on our flight back to Las Vegas. We arrived about 11am Saturday and couldn’t believe how we were treated. This person has tainted all Subway locations for us forever. It’s Jimmy John’s or Port of Subs for us. Franchise sellers….look into this location. SUB-par!

I just ordered a spicy nachos chicken sandwich on Italian herb bread,and the employees made it on the plain bread and the sandwich came without sub crunch,I guess that was the punch of that sandwich,when I asked for it they said they don't do it,they might not follow the recipes.....

This place really said to me that they could not cut the bread all the way through, saying that they aren't allowed. This is a load BULL, I've done this in multiple subways and never have i encountered this. Not coming back.
