This place really said to me that they could not cut the bread all the way through, saying that they aren't allowed. This is a load BULL, I've done this in multiple subways and never have i encountered this. Not coming back.

Jackson is an incredible subway employee. He makes the best sandwiches, the veggies are always fresh and stocked and the store is clean. I’m always happy to see him working. I’ve had many negative subway experiences where the veggies are old or soggy but when Jackson is working everything looks delicious. He used to work at a different store and it was the same there, that when he’s working the quality is great.

When you go into a subway, you expect to get what you pay for. The prices have increased, and they can't seam to fill the sandwiches! The worker helping says he cant customize stuff! Really your subway this is what the company was built on being able to customize your food. Make sense why subway will go out of business soon.

i found a local sandwich shop 6.99 for a sandwich and . 75c for a side.. and it's larger than the foot long. can't justify going back here.

Our recent visit to this Subway location was disappointing due to the behavior of the man working the counter. He came across as rude and impatient, frequently correcting customers over basic questions about the menu. Unlike other Subway locations, this one kept the metal lid over the meats, making it hard to see the available options. I was with a group of four coworkers, and we were all taken aback by how curt and unwelcoming his attitude was. To the Subway management team: please take a closer look at this location. This employee's demeanor doesn’t reflect the kind of friendly and helpful service customers expect from your brand.

Made an online order of 4 sandwiches. None of the sandwiches were toasted even tho they were supposed to have been. The nacho cheese one didn't have any sauce on it or cheese in general. I called and asked for my problem to be corrected and the gentleman was very rude. This situation has completely rewined my subway experience. Wouldn't recommend.

I came in and we asked a few questions about bread and the sandwichs the guy sounded short when no one else was in line behind us. I chalked it up that maybe he was having a bad day at the time. Then we went down the line and he kept being rude saying that stuff like if it doesn't sale we don't carry it and if you're getting chicken bacon ranch it comes with ranch not if I don't say ranch then I said for parmesan and Italian seasoning and put oil and vinegar on the sandwich and I said not that just the seasoning we don't do that and haven't got a few years now we'll all the Subway restaurants here in Washington, Idaho and Utah does become I have been to multiple different Subway's in all these states and they have it

Used the subway app, ordered two 12 inch sandwiches. Both of them were completely wrong, one was supposed to be toasted and it wasn't. One should've had cheese added and it didn't, and they added toppings that weren't supposed to be on either sandwich.

Manager was very rude I asked him what location would take a certain coupon after I had to try and call the place three times and he gave me a bunch of excuses on why the phones were down horrible then he wants to tell me that if it were up to him they would no longer take any coupons till they fix the prices he needs to be taken off the schedule for sure

As someone who is already not a big fan of Subway, any future patronage was dealt a death knell today.
I called repeatedly after this location's stated opening hours, trying to order ahead for a meeting. No answer, so I went in. After waiting for someone to emerge from the back, a guy I assume was the franchise owner finally came out and looked at me like I was stupid for wanting to order six sandwiches, first telling me to go online to order catering, then begrudgingly putting on gloves before telling me to hold on while he wrapped up a call.
I left him to his call and went elsewhere.
