We had an Uber Eats order that was missing one entree but we were given an item that wasn’t ours. After calling the restaurant, they offered to make the missing item and drove it to our home and comped it. As well as added a piece of cheesecake for the inconvenience. Not only do they offer a well planned menu, their food is consistently good and their service is impeccable. Also a joy to support local businesses! Summit Kitchen for the win!

Hubby and I were HUGE fans of their other restaurant "Lost Boys Garage" and were absolutely heartbroken when it closed. We had been to Summit a time or two but really liked LBG better. Popped in on Super Bowl Sunday and had a late lunch. Had the Poppers (Spark Plugs) then the philly and Karlis Kluckers, both with the hand cut fries. I have to say, I was a little apprehensive about seeing "hand cut fries" because most places don't do them right and they are a soggy mess. These were NOT those. They were crispy, salty and delightful. The server we had was just wonderful as well. I am not sure we will be dining here as often because we live on the North Side, but we will definitely be back!

I've only ever ordered delivery from Summit. This place is great. I've enjoyed everything I've tried. I don't think you can go wrong here!Mozzarella sticks - amazing! These reheat really well in the air fryer and go very well with a cup of the tomato soup for lunch the next day. The marinara is very nice too.Tomato soup - really good, a touch spicy if you're sensitive that way.Tuscan steak/chicken/salmon pasta - I've orderes this most often. It's very tasty, but I always add a bit of homemade alfredo sauce, otherwise it's a bit dry for my taste.Signature burger - this is a solid choice if you're craving a good cheeseburger. I'd love it even more if there were pickles on it.Greek sandwich - this is a whole chicken breast and it's a huge portion. It's very tasty and I really like the seasoned pita.Cubano - another easy go-to lunch. The meats are flavorful and the spicy pickle spread is perfect.Karli's Kluckers - the breading on these chicken strips is lovely. Good sized portion too. Get ranch for dipping!Chocolate cake - not on the menu anymore, but my coworker and I were nearly addicted to it. It was hands down the best chocolate cake I've ever had. Huge slice, not super sweet, just the right amount of frosting. Pretty please bring this back to your menu if at all possible!

This place is a hidden gem! All of their gluten-free things are amazing!! My husband and I have eaten here several times and everything is always delicious! We tried their new Sweet chili chicken flatbread last week and it did not disappoint! Our favorite appetizer that we keep coming back to is their jalapeno poppers! Yum!
Dietary restrictions: Several gluten-free options, buns, chicken strips, battered fish, mozzarella sticks, flatbread and jalapeno poppers

Overall it was great and we will be back. Service was decent, parking was terrible, but food was wonderful! Will definitely come back. I did not love how dark it was in there and the parking lot was very small and hard to maneuver with it being full. I got the Tuscan pasta with salmon and it was sooooo good. The mojito was great but the lemon drop not so much.
Dietary restrictions: Flexible with baking some adjustments to my husband's order.

In a world where going out to eat, is overpriced and undercooked. This place delivers on all fronts! Stop wasting money and time at other restaurants in Spokane that serve junky food. This place is a destination to explore when eating out. Don’t sleep on it!
We stumbled on this place a year ago and it’s become our fav new “home”. Food is really good, have yet to eat anything that I wouldn’t order a 2nd time. The service is friendly and top notch.
Had the Poblano Mac and Cheese last night on special, SOOOOOO GOOD!!! The perfect amount of heat and creamy, cheesy goodness. Hope to see this one maybe make the menu! My compliments to the kitchen! 10/10!!
We will definitely be returning! As you can see my dish was scraped clean! The food was truly to die for and my sister and I were impressed by the customer service, considerate and warm care shown, the many gluten free food and beer options, and great prices. Down to small details like feminine products in the restroom and our server putting a drink one of us tried and couldn’t finish out or personal preference (new drinker exploring) on the house. I got the sirloin steak, and usually I do not like steak but this was absolutely amazing with the chefs vegetables and side (I swapped my mashed potatoes for fries).
