We made a reservation here on Tuesday evening, we were seated quickly and our table was clean. The restaurant was tidy and beautifully decorated with Japanese items and ornaments. It's on the smaller side, so be prepared to wait if you come during busier nights. Our orders of an Idaho roll, Love Blossom combo, and Salmon Blossom were placed quickly. Review below: Idaho Roll- A roll of yellowtail, cucumber, and scallions. The yellowtail had a delicious, fresh fish taste, perfectly pairing with the crisp fragrance of the cucumber and herbal flourish of the scallions. The rice was ever so mildly sweet, just enough to impart a light essence to the roll. And the light aroma of seaweed from the wrap was just the finishing touch this roll needed. Although on the dry side, the texture of the rice lent itself well to the fattiness of the yellowtail and the crunch of the cucumber. Some rolls were a bit messy, but it all looks the same in your stomach, right? Love Blossom combo- From left to right, the nigiri is escolar (extra white tuna), otoro (fatty tuna), hamachi (amberjack), yellowtail, salmon, and tuna. Came with miso soup. I didn't have the miso, but it came in a timely fashion. The nigiri rice was on the drier side, however you feel about that. The fish portions were generous and perfectly balanced with the rice, and the knife work was excellent. Salmon was a bit on the fatty side but it paired well with the umami of the soy sauce and the dry nutty sweetness of the rice. Salmon Blossom- basically sliced salmon on a California roll. Very generous portion of krab. Soft and tender without being overly creamy or rich, and you could still taste the salmon and avocado, even the sweet rice. Salmon was on the fatty side. I did enjoy that, though. For fast service and great food for the value, come visit Sushi Blossom!

I had high hopes for this place with all the good reviews but I have to assume the other reviews are from people that have only eaten Japanese food in Spokane... a place devoid of good Japanese food. I got the agedashi tofu and the Starry Night roll. It was a bad sign when I saw the agedashi tofu. I'll give you a hint on how this dish is meant to be prepared: the name literally means "tofu fried and soaked in dashi". Instead of a delicious dashi sauce with green onions, my tofu arrived dry on a plate on top of...shredded cabbage, I think? Bizarre. The deliciousness of this dish comes from soaking in the dashi sauce, so without that, this was pretty blah. The roll was actually worse. Presentation was excellent.... made for Instagram, not for eating. The rolls itself is unimaginative with a huge pile of completely tasteless fish on top. I couldn't make myself finish it. I would say the food here is one star above grocery store sushi.

We visited here on vacation. At first, we were skeptical as many of the other sushi restaurants in Spokane were low rated. However, they didn't disappoint. The sushi was on point, and the servings were not selfish. We came in 30 minutes before closing but the waiters did not seem urgent. They were very kind and cheerful, helping us on anything we needed. The food came out in 15 minutes. The restaurant vibe was good, and the seats were comfy.

I think the sushi had a fresh take, pretty good tasting Unagi but I wasn't blown away by any of the roll together. I've only had a to go experience there but plan on extending the horizons at Sushi Blossom to see if I missed a 5 star experience somehow.

Honestly really good sushi and Udon, for a fair price, not too expensive and not too cheap. Parking is a bit tight, but it wasn't a problem for me.

I've never heard of this place so my cousin and I decided to give it a try last night. The building is pretty small and it was packed. The wait was 25 minutes and I've never been a fan of waiting in line for my food but in this instance, I'm glad I did. I got the sushi blossom (left) and Stary night (right). Both were absolutely delicious and well worth the wait. Not sure of the variety of fish in each but you can easily learn looking at the menu and figure it out. Since the location is smaller the fish is constantly rotated so it's super fresh and contributes to the deliciousness! The staff was very friendly and high energy, you can tell they enjoy their jobs! Prices are very reasonable. We were able to get all the rolls shown for about $70. This definitely takes the number one spot of my sushi joints in Spokane!

Best sushi in town, at least south hill. It's hard to find good food in Spokane so we are quite blessed to have this good sushi. The staff are very friendly and the place is always full of happy customers. The prices are very reasonable especially compared to the other places in Spokane which are not even comparable.
