The last time I was there, they had us wait for a notification on our phone for a table. Once we got the notification, we arrived and sat at our table. we waited for well over an hour with only glasses of water, no drink refills, and no appetizers. The entire restaurant was full of customers not being served because they were so busy doing go orders they kept running from the back to the front with plastic bags yet made us all sit and wait. When I asked the waitress if we would be able to be served soon since we had plans afterward, she just got snotty and kept saying my name randomly and that we would be fine. This is not an exaggeration I have eaten at this restaurant for 20 years. I have never felt so aggravated in a restaurant for basically being mocked and then not given service. Like I said, there were about 12 tables right along with us. They waited to serve all of us at the same time after making us sit and wait for okay over an hour to even order our food. I had two friends with me who had never been there it was embarrassing. It was probably in 2022 long after covid yet when you've waited 45 minutes to be sad at a table and then wait an hour for food where else are you going to go downtown Spokane to be served without having to wait another 45 minutes for a table.

the food was good for the price, although my takoyaki was frozen and had to be remade. but the service was really spotty, and to the waitress it is a bit rude to comment on how much someone is eating. saying, “wow you are so hungry today, that’s a lot.” after i order 3 things from the menu or “the kitchen is closing, you’ve probably had enough food, right?” is kind of rude in my opinion and a bit unwelcoming

I've only had their sushi but it is delicious! I always leave sastisfied. We ordered the The Dragon, Harley Davidson, Crazy Californian and the Spider.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted and felt acknowledged. Suggestions were offered and I ordered quickly. It was comfortable in the waiting area with soft jazz in the background. Water was offered and I was checked on. 8 minute wait and I was gone. Within a half hour it was gone.
