Usually have a good experience here, but today's was miserable. Only one ordering kiosk was available, and tied up by a group of teens that were dancing around after adding each item to their order and trying to scrape their Apple Cash together to pay for the order. No staff offered to take my order, despite waiting 15 minutes for the teens to finish their orders.
Nacho Fries had no seasoning (pale) and were cold. Crunchwrap fell apart.
They gave me two coupons for free tacos which was nice.

I stopped in to pick up a delivery order and was ignored by the person at the front for ten minutes. I wasn't helped until I leaned my head over the counter to ask the drive thru attendant that I was there to pick up an order and she grabbed an order that had been sitting behind the counter that had been ready since I walked into the store right behind the pickup area.The store wasn't busy, the drive thru was empty. This felt very uncalled for.

My Bf & I come here everyday. Mikayla is a great host/employee! She is always so friendly and completely understanding when it comes to our orders. We usually get pick-up, it's always ready to go whenever we show up we are in and out in a jiffy! Thanks Mikayla! You're awesome! See you again soon :)

I’m sorry but this is nasty. I realize that me asking for my money back after being unknowingly upsold on my food by an AI program is frustrating for the people working behind the counter but this is almost inedible. I’m also poor so thank you for not understanding.

I’m so done going to taco bell in general and its probably for the best but you guys are so annoying asking if we want addons to pay attention to whats being ordered, i said no to grande style, spicy, and no to sour cream to be asked do you want jalapeños, extra meat or sour cream which i say no again. Just to get home and have my food absolutely covered in sour cream which i despise. Straight in the trash its inedible for myself. You ask me twice for every item if i want that stuff and you still put it. Amazes me how hard it is to do less work.

Do you see beef in this chalupa? I paid for extra beef and got this sad lop. I hardly see any beef at all. Absolutely will never visit this location again. As a chef, this is despicable
