Was not to happy got my food food was spilling out from my burrito try to pick it up and it all fell out cause tortilla ripped happened on all 3 of our burritos almost as if they didn't warm the tortillas and used cold ones from the fridge then when I mentioned something about it the woman she laughed smirked well than use a fork and turned around and walked away I was pissed at the disrespect so I left the order there and walked out not having ate our food because if I stayed any longer I would have said something that would have got me in trouble so I had to leave over 40$ wasted on 3 meals at Taco Bell cause some 16 year old kid wanted to be a funny smart ass and such such complete disrespect I don't remember her name but I could point her out as soon as I saw her again. It has me so pissed off that I don't think I'll ever come back to a Taco Bell. Maybe I'm not explaining it right and you don't think it was a big deal but if you were there you would see what I was talking about Even my daughter made a comment about how she wanted to go over and slap her because of her disrespectful nature.

This joke of a Taco Bell needs to be shut down. I quit going to this location years ago because my order has been wrong EVERY time. Desperate today I tried it again, BIG mistake. I ordered 3 tacos and a beef and cheese burrito. I got 3 lettuce tacos, lettuce spewing all over with sour cream on top so it went all over the outside of the shell, NO CHEESE, and a rolled up piece of meat that looked like it came off of someones garbage tray. The burrito was ridiculously small, meat looked just like the rolled up piece of garbage that was in the tacos and again NO CHEESE! To prepare an item that has 3 ingredients and get it wrong every time is mind blowing. Really people? Life will probably just get harder than making a taco, I hate to see what these people become if they can't get a frickin taco right, EVERY TIME.

Night crew on 11/6 needs to work on accuracy, four items made incorrectly had to request assistance because nobody acknowledged me standing at the counter, then two of the items were made incorrectly and change completely the second time, I had to speak to the manager to get the items corrected. Not to mention I had to wait at least 30 minutes for my food to begin with
The longest wait ever. There was a bunch of Halloween people that came in all at once. but none of the workers in the back are moving fast or working together. This is the most un organized unprofessional experience I've ever had. This is ridiculous 40 people in the lobby and none have food. Everyone is waiting. Someone needs to do some training and hire some people that want to work hard and professional.

Cannot comment on atmosphere as I ordered delivery, but I was originally sent bacon crunchwraps instead of sausage. I dont eat bacon, so at additional expense I ordered 2 more of what I wanted, then called the store and asked them could they please make sure not to send bacon again as I was already being charged further to replace my own order (the app only refunds the order cost, not other fees or taxes).
I dont know if it was intentional because I had the audacity to call or just plain incompetence but the hashbrown patties in the ones I got as replacements were dried, dessicated and ancient. I actually pulled one of them out and finished the rest without it because it was so gross and stale. Nasty.

Quality has gone down for the price now, but it's still good. It's Taco Bell.
Don't get me wrong, this is one of my favorite guilty pleasure destinations, and I've definitely woken up - more often than I care to admit - wondering how I spent 50 bucks on 3 dollar tacos. That being said, I'm staring at a drawer full of fire sauce that says I'll do it again imminently. Staff is efficient and only as sullen as I would expect. 7/10, perfect score.
Dietary restrictions: If you have a digestive system, this will likely give you diarrhea. Worth.
