Terrible attitude of the employees, I ordered online, drove up to the window and they told me to go into the building and pick it up myself, I had a small child in the car and they made me go pick up the order myself, terrible attitude

Bad burritos today. To expensive for what I got. Everything is always jammed in the bags. Server's are WAY to fast putting orders together. There is to many mistakes msde when people have to RUSH! I hope mgt reads this. š

Often times Iām pretty lenient when it comes to fast food; I get the nature of the business and wanting to get your customers in and out. I usually order Taco Bell using the app to reduce the wait time. Compared to other locations, this Taco Bell has a habit of skimping on portion size which is the reason for the negative review. The two burritos I ordered had 1.5x to 2.0x LESS filling than other Taco Bell locations; the taste was also underwhelming as the rice was undercooked and a little crunchy. I may just start driving a longer commute to other locations deliberately because Iām constantly disappointed with this locationās quality and poor service.

Taco bell is one of my favorite fast food places to eat. I ordered 6 crunchy Taco supremes, when I got home all the tacos were soggy. I called and spoke to the manager, she said she would replace them at no cost. My husband went and got the 6 tacos. Once again when he got home all the tacos were soggy. I'm very disappointed with it.
This Taco Bell is my favorite go to. I have never had a bad experience and never had any issues except for Today. On top of ordering we waited almost 40 minutes for our food then we got home and they messed up one of my burritos and forgot two items I ordered. The lady there was yelling patience is a virtue to customers. . Which in my management experience is not appropriate.

Food is what it is. Service is atrocious! Took them about 5 minutes to even address our presence. Unfortunately we didnāt check our food before driving home š” The chalupa was a flour tortilla!! Excuse me? Thatās just a soft taco. Also got a double layer- chalupa bread was again replaced with a flour tortilla with no cheese in between then a hard shell. They didnāt even tell us at the window if they were out, or else we wouldnāt have ordered chalupas!

Horrible place they donāt do who orders first they have people standing around not doing anything I placed an online order and went in ten mins later and still had to wait 30 minutes for my order and they offered no compensation for nothing waisted my whole work lunch waiting on one cheesy fiesta potatoes bowl
