Worst experience I ever had yesterday, new gal put all sauce and no meat on my stacker, chipotle melts and beefy 5 layer. Told dude at counter what happened and he looked at me like a ghost. No reply. Lost my appetite. Hope they make it right if i decide to go back.

Tonight, my wife and I went to get something replaced that had been left out of a previous order. My wife had left the receipt at home, they told us they could still replace it but as we pull up to the window the manager is there and says “nope we can’t replace it without proof of purchase”. I’m annoyed at this point but it’s understandable so i agree and decide i can cone back tomorrow or something but the manager proceeded to slam the window in my face mid sentence which mad me angry. So I called them and asked them for the name of the guy that slammed the window in my face so that i could leave a review on the website, which I assume was the same person that answered the phone because he responded by telling me that he was not going to give me anybody’s name because they are not public servants or police officers so I have no right to know the name of the person that disrespected me and then he hung up. I called back and said i would be contacting his General manager, he said go ahead and hung up again. So I will be leaving a review on the website, and contacting whoever is above this manager. I do not recommend this taco bell

love how it looks similar to the old taco bells. the service was very slow but the employees were friendly. the reason for my review is i got hair in my fiesta potatoes… just a little one but still- very unappetizing…

This location has some very serious issues with their staff training and the management, especially in the evening hours/shift. Unlike some other locations, they can't claim to be understaffed; they are simply poorly trained, rude, disrespectful to customers, and they have incompetent (and rude!) managers! I also reasonably frequently visit the N. Ash and Monroe locations in Spokane, and at neither of those have I ever encountered repeated issues w/ my orders, as well as outright rudeness of employees and even some of the shift managers. Staying away from this location until a thorough management overhaul, convenient as their location on N.Division may be!

Went in with my son and nobody greeted us for 5 minutes and then took 20 minutes for our 5 soft tacos. Was not busy and there were 7 people standing around....never had this problem before here. We all have bad days I'll still come back because it food is amazing sorry to vent 🙏

Ordered taco and quesadilla, With side of nacho fries, received everything but the nacho fries, my boyfriend, before he pulled out the drive thru, asked where the naco fries were, and Joey, who was at the window said the Naco fries were in the quesadilla box, but they were in fact not. Also my taco was crushed to being un-edible

I came in to eat and the place was so filthy I took mine to go. Although I shouldn't have even eaten the food. I unfortunately was feeling nostalgic and a Tostada sounded great. It wasn't. No flavor except the mild sauce I put on it. I would've gave them a zero stars but the unsweetened ice tea was great. I don't usually write awful reviews but this one deserved it. The employees were very nice and seemed helpful while I was standing there.

I only go to Taco Bell for the cinnabon delights tbh but one lady (I think she had green hair) she was funny and kind at the same time and made my few visits here fun
