Was only on in drive thru still had to wait 15 minutes and they left out 2 sides and thier solution is to drive back using atleast 10 dollars in gas just for 2 sides

Absolutely ridiculous multiple people including my self had to wait for their food for more than 40 minutes and when I finally got my order it was missing multiple items I would not recommend this to anyone.

Tried to use their “Free Doritos Locos Taco” coupon with a mobile order. They said they couldn’t add it to the premade order so I had to order something to get the Taco. A little annoying but I understand and got a water with it. Everything gets given to me, once I get home I checked the bag and realized they didn’t give me my taco. Better locations elsewhere.

What a joke I ordered my food I waited ample time for it to be ready I still had to wait 20 minutes in the window The person waiting on me leaned against the window and made so much noise that it was ridiculous and very distracting where I couldn't even see inside to see what was going on with my order not only that but their steak sliders are damn joke talk about the tiniest things I've ever bought for $10.98 are you kidding me! They are so tiny they there's room in the palm of my hand and they're charging you over five bucks a piece for each one it's a joke I do not recommend their food I do not recommend this location I do not recommend their prices just look at how small they are and they don't even fill them with enough food to even give them anything worthwhile it's mainly tortilla with very few scraps super displeased super dissatisfied terrible service when I asked the guy that handed me my food that that was what I paid 10 bucks for he was rude and sarcastic and said I guess I said so each one of these is five something a piece he's all yeah I'll sarcastic and dismissive like I was being out of line. The pictures in the app make the food look like a whole lot more that and they just it looks like they just threw my order in my bag and didn't have any care whatsoever to how they handed it to me completely unprofessional will not be going to this Taco Bell ever the again And if I can help it neither will anybody that I know completely unacceptable at

I ordered online, and they were missing around 3 items okay no big deal, I ask for them. One item I requested no sour cream, and I got sour cream, we ordered another drink and they didn’t bring it out, so we asked and they didn’t have the cream for it. When we originally aly had arrived, they were being lectured about including onions in someone’s meal who was allergic. The tables were all dirty, and the kitchen floor was as well. By far the worst Taco Bell I have been to.

I paid $51 for the 12 taco box. I got double meat but that is an insane amount of money for regular ole tacos. $4 a piece basically. I just can't go there again.

Must say that hands down this place was just Ridiculous absolutely not worth the price they charging($30.00, for 2 people to have 2mini supreme crunch wraps,cini twist,& 2 hard tacos no drinks)....must have been some of the worst customer service we have had in quite a few years...our food was differently not made to satisfaction,....

Every time I’ve gone to this Taco Bell they’ve messed up my order(A CHEESE QUESADILLA.) I don’t see how that could be a hard order but I guess it is. And this has happened at least 5 times. They either don’t put it in the bag when I order something else too and accuse me of lying when I go back and ask for it, or they put barely any cheese and no sauce in it. I keep trying again to see if they can make it right but this was the last time. Just go jack in the box you’ll have better luck there
