Half the time you never get what you order. I ordered the TWO chicken taco meal and got 3 normal tacos that barley had anything in them just very little meat and not much lettuce at all tired of never getting what i order will never eat here again

I am writing to express a serious concern regarding repeated service issues at the Taco Bell location we visit nearly every Friday evening between 9:00 PM –11:00 PM.
On our most recent visit, my experience crossed from inconvenience into unacceptable treatment. After placing our order and paying the exact total of $52.10, the drive-through employee crumpled my receipt and asked me to “do another lap around the drive-through” because they “still needed to make the quesadillas.” I politely declined and stated that I preferred to wait at the window. The employee then shut the window.
Moments later, I was handed our food. Upon opening the bag, I discovered the Nacho Fries had been dumped loose into the bag, covering everything else. The soft tacos were crushed, opened, and completely disassembled. The food appeared to have been carelessly thrown into the bag.
When I questioned the condition of the food in an upset manner the employee appeared startled and immediately began offering free taco coupons.
My family and I are loyal customers and visit this location weekly. We have frequently experienced incorrect orders and understand that mistakes happen. However, this incident felt retaliatory and showed a lack of care and professionalism that makes us question returning at all.
As a business owner myself, I strongly believe that something needs to change at this location—particularly during Friday night shifts. If secret shoppers were sent during this timeframe, I am confident they would witness the same issues firsthand.
I am sharing this not simply to complain, but because I believe this location has the potential to do better. At this point, however, the repeated poor service and lack of care in food handling have left us extremely disappointed.

Got a supreme box pretty good deal shared it with my 5 year old and it was enough for both of us for under $10
The breakfast was bland and the proportions of the sauce, cheese, and other ingredients were just not right for a breakfast Crunchwrap.

My son and I frequent here . It can take a minute sometimes and sometimes you feel like you aren’t welcome but it’s one of the good ones, just some turnover at times. Food is always fresh and made well.
