Slowest Taco Bell in Spokane, drive thru line backs up towards Dicks, not because of the food prep, but because the order person asks if you want everything added to every item to upcharge you. They also argue with you when you blank say, I don't need all the extras. Really unpleasant experience. They've lost the concept of fast food here.

I am so so so so so so so so so so so dumbfounded by the cost of the chicken cantina bowl..might as well go out to the most expensive place in town for dinner if I'm gonna be charged arm and a leg for a tablespoon of food and a oz of soda....but the cinnabons were and are always great..still UNBELIEVABLE my son got cannes and his only cost 20$ mine was some head lettuce and a tablespoon of rice ,and maybe another tablespoon for the extra I paid for..iver a cup of head lettuce maybe two cups...2 small tiny pieces of square cut inch well smaller than an inch chicken tablespoon beens teaspoon. if tomatoes and less than teaspoon of the sauces....the drink that wasn't even filled to the top coat 5 freaking dollars.

First off, I used to enjoy Taco Bell. Since they start trying to force you to upgrade your meals, I will never go back.
I went through the drive thru, and ordered my food adding I want it just the way it comes. I did this knowing they were going to ask a million questions. The lady taking my order, says I am still going to ask cause it's my job. I understand it is the company forcing it and not the employee, but I am the customer and if I tell you how I want it, why do you HAVE to still ask. Taco Bell should do better.

Update your Uber eats instructions! They say to go through the drive though after 10pm, which I did then was told after waiting in line for 15 minutes I actually had to go up to the walk up window. Huge waste of time for me and the customer who’s food had to sit for that long and get cold.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been in, went up to order stood there for 10 minutes, people going back and forth and handling the door dash stuff never ask me for my order so I just got up and walked out and I will never go in that place again it's a joke and then looking behind the counter it's filthy.

First of all we were only offered grande or spicy. I thought grande was regular because those were the only 2 options we had so I paid 13$ extra dollars for toppings i didn't want. When we brought it to his attention he said he couldn't edit anything. And he only gave us 2 napkins for a big order. I had to turn around to get napkins. Not happy
