Wost service ever. Quality guy was supposed to check our order (nobody else in lobby) and kept conversing with other workers, making us wait 20 minutes to get order.

So skimpy now. Cost almost 40 bucks for two people and got barely any food. I ordered extra meat on a couple items and they didn’t even add the extra meat. The tacos have hardly anything in them, and the burritos are tiny now. You’re better off going literally anywhere else than Taco Bell nowadays. Especially this location.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Went in to order and No one to take an order and everyone just standing around expect one that went to the bathroom as we walked in. So ended up not ordering

Terrible service after remodel. Clearly drive thru is their only priority.

WAY too expensive for the quality of food and none of the employees care if your food is all smashed and comes apart inside the bag.

No one was available to take orders on counter, the nacho fries were too seasoned and too soggy, seems like they have some no brainers working at this location.

The "lobby" is way too small now. It's pretty much take out only. This used to be a nice fast food restaurant.

It’s rare that you’ll actually get what you ordered at this location. There’s almost always a missing item(s) or you get the wrong items altogether. Whoever checks the items in the bag clearly needs a different role at the restaurant.

This used to be a good restaurant on Newport Highway in Spokane, before it was remodeled. NOW there is NO ONE to take your order. Kiosk is slow and not user friendly. Non human.

Then the food took twice as long in each 4 times I've been there.

The restaurant has much less seating now and is sterile.

Both my daughters worked there in the past when it was good.

Kiosk asks what sauces do you want, but doesn't include them in my bag. I chose dine in, don't need a bag. I got young woman's attention, who had tattoos around her neck, and she just pointed and said sauces are around the corner. When i said the kiosk asked, Several times she said they don't have any control over the machines. No apologies and didn't care. Said was too busy. Sounds like poor management and understaffed.

Sad to see this restaurant so bad. Another customer i didn't talk to said as he was leaving he won't be back. Another man who was already there when we came in was forgotten.

It is a sign of the times. This store is now completely auto ordering by kiosk inside. It was fairly easy to place your order. The food we ordered was complete and correct. The one thing that we were surprised by was the pay by cash option. The kiosk gave us the option after ordering to go to the counter to pay with cash. One employee said we will be right with you. After about two minutes, a young lady came and asked what i needed. I told her I wanted to pay for my order with cash. She was not happy. She turned to someone (who was out of sight)and said another one wants to pay with money. I wish they would not allow this. I do not like it. Just so you know. They did let me pay with cash.

We went today for lunch. What a disappointment in there remodel. It's now so small. People waiting for takeout with no place to stand. Why the kiosk? No interaction with the employees. They didn't look happy at all, people standing over you, while you eat because there is no room. Very disappointed. Will not be back!

We finally got our Taco Bell back after an extensive remodel, and wow, what a downer. It's much less inviting, barely anywhere to wait for your order if you're taking it to go, and I couldn't imagine trying to sit there to eat with everyone standing around so close to me. Not only that, you're now forced to order on the kiosk - which at first was kind of cool because there were some customizations that I hadn't thought of before. However, if I'm paying extra to have something extra added to my menu item (added onions to my cheesy rice and beans burrito) I expect to find more than 3 tiny onion pieces at one single end of the burrito. The crew they had was friendly enough, but part of the charm of going to Taco Bell was ordering from the employees, when they're having a Taco-tastic day. None of the employees tonight looked like they were having any kind of good day. Seems like the company wanted to downsize in some way. It's a shame, because for so long I've said TB was one of the few day food places I could ALWAYS rely on. Never missed an item or messed it up, food was rarely crushed or damaged (all 5 tacos were ordered tonight were broken well before we got home, and we live less than a mile away). I will likely go back simply because it's so close, and maybe stick to burritos and fries, but I won't be willing to risk spending extra money on extras that I won't get.
