This is a gripe against staffing numbers and not the employees. I went to the drive thru and one of my items was made incorrectly. No problem, it happens. I walked inside the building to ask for the item to be made correctly, but there was no staff near the counter. All the self-ordering kiosks were available, but no person. I waited quietly for 10 min and the workers were diligently making orders like a well-oiled machine. Didn't even have time to look up. The drive thru...

It's Taco Bell do you really need to read reviews to decide if you're gonna eat at this place? If you made it this far into my review you're probably already at least halfway there. Lol just go inside or don't even bother just roll up to the drive thru and talk way too loudly into the intercom like you like to do even though they can FOR SURE hear you talk normal lol

It's taco bell 🙃 they are pretty fast, double check your bag before pulling out of the drive through to make sure you got everything you paid for. Food is hit or miss, sometimes great others not. Clean inside and customer service is also hit or miss, some people are really friendly and others definitely hate their life.
