Downtown Tacobell gave us the wrong Baja blast. We didn’t realize till we were by this location, we stopped by and asked if there was anything they could do. Grace H went out of her way to help us despite it not even being her stores mistake. I would love to see a standout employee like this properly recognized. Thank you Grace H.

Missing items in order. They had no issues hurrying to get the items as they were extremely busy. Female older manager comes out practically yelling at the staff that they no longer get comped meals unless they can fix some “report” in the next week and then proceeds to leave while the staff is struggling to get orders out. Very unprofessional.

Old country of guy. I like the silver dollar box to. I just love talking about and I'm grateful that they have the vegetarian menu I like to order on the app for my cell phone store at the kiosk so I can do the vegetarian and get it the way I like it.

Why is every single parking spot taken and nobody inside? Teach your employees to park elsewhere and not in front of your establishment. Very cringe that my disabled wife has to walk from a different parking lot because your lazy ass employees have to park directly in front of your business.

I don't know what the issue is lately but I keep having more and more orders get messed up at this Taco Bell. I order through Uber eats and the taco bell app so i can pick it up at the drive thru pretty often and I've had tacos be completely wrong, recieved someone else's order, gotten the wrong drink, the wrong shells on tacos, items missing, and substitutions ignored. I get that stuff happens sometimes but its consistently becoming an issue at this location. Im not the type to leave reviews usually but I'm beyond fed up. I don't recommend this location.

The food was fine, it’s Taco Bell, I knew what I was getting. What I didn’t expect was standing at the counter for five minutes like I was invisible before finally giving up and using the kiosk to order. But the real highlight was the kitchen staff putting on a full-blown, profanity-filled concert in the back. Lots of yelling, chanting, swearing, super fun for my kids to listen to while we waited. Definitely not what you hope for when grabbing a quick bite with your family.
