I don't know what the issue is lately but I keep having more and more orders get messed up at this Taco Bell. I order through Uber eats and the taco bell app so i can pick it up at the drive thru pretty often and I've had tacos be completely wrong, recieved someone else's order, gotten the wrong drink, the wrong shells on tacos, items missing, and substitutions ignored. I get that stuff happens sometimes but its consistently becoming an issue at this location. Im not the type to leave reviews usually but I'm beyond fed up. I don't recommend this location.

The food was fine, it’s Taco Bell, I knew what I was getting. What I didn’t expect was standing at the counter for five minutes like I was invisible before finally giving up and using the kiosk to order. But the real highlight was the kitchen staff putting on a full-blown, profanity-filled concert in the back. Lots of yelling, chanting, swearing, super fun for my kids to listen to while we waited. Definitely not what you hope for when grabbing a quick bite with your family.

It's a taco bell so foodwise it's about what you would expect. It's clean though, and the staff is nice.

Today I ordered online for my family as I always do. However when the food was picked up it was already made and bagged when the name was given at drive through. All the food was cold, nachos were soggy. Hopefully this was just a mistake because it is unacceptable to pre make the food when you do not know when the customer will arrive. 0/10 and a waste of money. This has not happened before and this location is usually really good and staff are friendly.

Customer service at this location is really bad, this has happened a few times to me at this location before as well but it's like a minute away from my house so I still go there. There is always an item missing when I order, it's hard to check at the window when they give your food because the bag is full. Tonight I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 crunchwrap supreme, 3 DLT, and 2 cheesy beef burrito. Came home to see that one of the crunchwraps is not there. They really need to double check people's orders because it isn't fair that I pay for something, dont get it and then have to go through the hassle of talking with them and going another day to get my item. Not going here anymore.
Pretty pissed off I live like 25-35 mins away they won't answer the phone I ordered 2x lux craving boxes, 4 cheesy beefy doubles 4x stackers 4$ of verde salsa That's what I paid for. Instead i got 4x beefy 5 layers and 4 Doritos loco tacos no Verde no boxes. I am not driving 35 for refund this is B/S like 11 hours working 2 hours driving home getting robbed by Taco Bell priceless! Idk if I should dispute the charge or what. It's so ridiculous yesterday I couldn't even get food wifi was down cash only. Today 24+ hours of waiting to eat specific items I like yet again screwed over Taco Bell.

The customer service here is atrocious. My husband stood at the counter for 15 minutes while every single employee looked at him, said nothing and continued doing what they were doing. That’s crap. It would have taken 60 secs to help him. It took me going up to say “excuse me can we please get our cups” for what I assume is the manager to finally say “yeah sorry one minute”. There’s no excuse for making him wait that long. And the lobby was completely empty.

All the Taco bells in Spokane try to swindle you and steal your money they ask you grande or spicy which doubles the price and they act like you don't have a choice never eat at Taco Bell in Spokane or Spokane valley
