I got a chicken chulupa and a chicken enchilada burrito,the shell of the chulupa was hard as a rock and the chicken inside was dry and hard as well and for the chicken enchilada burrito the chicken was dry and hard but everything else inside the burrito-(rice and sauce etc) was delicious!!
Most of the time they do a great job. Last time i went, the food was cold, and definitely old. Potato's were super hard, chlupa was hard and cold.
Overall, I'd still give them 4/5, but I wish it was more consistent.

I have had phenomenal interactions on numerous occasions with various employees and am always stunned at how polite and AWESOME they are, specifically at this location. I have lived in Spokane for 30 years and this one has the best employees, I’ll tell you that! Thanks for creating a great experience, I appreciate the service your employees have provided many times.
