It's been yrs since I've been to a Taco Time and I can see why it'll be yrs before I go again. Orderd a crisp meat burrito and a sm coke from the drive up. She tole me she'd have my total at the window. I pull up and pay not really paying attention to the total, she hands me a bag with my burrito in it and shuts the window. I sit there thinking " what about my drink"? She turns back around seeing that I haven't moved and opens the window. I said I had a sm coke too. Her reply was " oh" Give me the coke and I leave. Upon looking in the bag when I was at a light I noticed I had a sm Fri with my burrito. Sm Fri and sm coke don't even sound close together. Nor does the jalapeño sm Fri which is what she gave me. Yes I should have looked in the bag before pulling away, and yes I could go back but why bother. Place is over priced too

This store never disappoints. I came from the valley and passed 3 taco times to go to this one. The food is intentionally put together and immensely delicious. Do I go to another taco time and get mediocre food, or do I go out of my way to get what I know will be outstanding…. They did not disappoint. From the amazing customer service from the window, the food intentionally place in the bag, and the delicious food; evenly portioned and exactly why I asked for with my customizations. You guys never disappoint! I didn’t get it tonight but their breakfast burritos are the only fast food breakfast I will eat. It is SO good.

We stopped for take out last weekend and went to the park to eat. We had two crisp pintos, two crisp tacos and Mexi fries. The pintos were not crisp and barely warm inside. We didn’t finish them. The taco meat was runny and didn’t taste good. This made the shell gooey and had a hard time finishing them. Now the kicker, tots were pretty good, at least the few on top. Well let me show you the finish!

Dietary restrictions: I always order a large, beef, taco salad w/extra Lettuce. It is an amazingly filling salad AND even more amazing.... it LOWERS my blood sugar 20 points after eating it! Perhaps it's just me, but this is my perfect diabetic regimen meal. For what its worth.Great staff and large dining area.
We usually have a really good experience at this taco time, however we arrived at 8:00 which is an hour before they close as listed online, and their open signs were all on, and we waited at the speaker for several minutes but were ignored. When we drove pass as leaving we noticed all the lights were still on and employees were in the building. If the hours have changed they need to be changed online, and if you have closed the open signs need to be turned off. I love this location, and I always look forward to coming here, but this was very disappointing.
