Taco Time

I got a mexi fry and a drink, and it was over $8 to start with. There's only one person working at a time so I had to wait awhile to even order. My order is watered down, over salted and really disappointing. 80% of the tots were crumbling like in the picture and I can't even tell you what some of the other pieces were but it's not potato. Overall terrible experience, will not be back.

I came in tonight with my kids..it was my first time ever eating at Taco Time. After waiting over twenty mins for two meals and one burrito I was hoping the food would be worth it but I believe I will stick with taco bell or sticking a frozen burrito in the microwave. I ordered a pull pork burrito and it was mostly rice with a tiny bit of pulled pork as a topping. It was not worth time nor the money...Are you actually kidding me with that food? It was a complete disappointment. Seriously horrible.

When ordering at the register, the lady working was wearing blue gloves to take mine and my dad’s order. We paid with cash and she took our cash and gave us change. I wanted to make sure she changed her gloves before touching the food since she just touched money. I watched as she walked back and began preparing our food with the same gloves on. I got her attention as she was making the tacos and asked her to please change her gloves and discard those tacos she had touched. I’m unsure of how long she had those gloves on prior or how often this happens when preparing customers food. I hope this location can be better trained on food safety.

Took my order and then told me they didn’t have beans and rice. Left hungry.

So a day later I'm still feeling the effects if Taco Time. Ugh....

Our order was brought up to the counter at some point and another customer grabbed it. We never heard our number.

15 minutes later I checked on it. She said she called it out and apologized....remade it. Another 10 minutes. She threw in an extra item which was nice. But we watched how the whole thing happen. She called 57. We were 56. She brought all of it to counter and 57 nodded and took both orders. Hmmmm?...interesting. felt like it was a scam.
Whats worse is a teenager in the back is being served his food and people's orders are being given away. People don't like to watch that kind of crap. Maybe have the young employee sit where people can't see him.
But then we look over and it happened to another lady who was there before us. I bet she waited for 45 minutes.
Damn.... lock down people's orders before random people walk off with it.
They WERE pretty busy. But damn. Won't be back. I'm sure those customers who got double orders can't wait to come back.

I had the best experience at taco time! They were so kind and fast with my food, and the food was amazing! Thank you, I highly recommend this place :) not sure why there are only 3.5 stars!

Service sucked!! Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and then was greeted by a girl with a SERIOUS ATTITUDE problem... & then given a cold skimpy burrito. Paid 13 for a meal that was DISGUSTING! Service SUCKS!
