Ate nachos and we both got sick manager refused to do anything about it. Who is above the manager? There is no over sight!!! Very concerning. I had 2 others who also got sick, receipt and still didn't do anything.

I was going to order here. However, when the young man who worked there didn’t even bother to take out his AirPod while taking orders, I walked away. If they can even take the trouble to listen to customers ordering, I know they aren’t going to take the trouble to make sure my food is prepared right.

Waited for a few minutes. Didn’t see anyone working. Noticed a bell on the counter. I felt rude ringing it. I apologized but it makes me wonder how many sales walked because no one was at the counter. Either hire someone to take orders or have a sign that says “ring for service” it’s not that hard. If walmart can hire someone to check receipts all day. You can hire someone to take orders.

Waited 5 minutes to have my order taken even though the old guy there was not busy with other customers. Not only that I get a mall employee discount and he refused to give it to me because "im already getting a deal on what i ordered" it was the 4 for $8. Terrible customer service/ interaction. I believe hes the owner as well from the things he was saying to me and he flat out should sell his franchises if thats how he treats customers. He looked miserable ans complained about everything.

cabot the cashier charged me for 2 of the 4 for $7.95, and won’t give me a refund for the other one when i only got one and won’t answer the phone. rude asf??

Extremely disappointed in this place. My husband had ordered the 4/$8 bean burritos and was charged $19 for it. I thought I misheard her so I didn’t think anything of it. When the food finally got to us after 20 minutes of waiting, it wasn’t even close to what my husband had ordered. My husband went back up to the gentleman at the counter and pointed out that his order was incorrect after we had inspected the receipt and asked if we could have the correct food and have the difference refunded, as the correct food was almost half the price. The guy told my husband he could do that and remade the order. When he went back to get the correct order the second time, another 20 minutes might I add, My husband asked about the refund the guy said he would give us and the girl told us to come back in ANOTHER 20 minutes, as the guy was on break. We came back later and found out that we were given false information and the gentleman talked us out of refund, stating that was the managers rules if they remade it, they couldn’t refund. I explained to the guy that didn’t make sense as they still owed us the difference. The guy continued to roll his eyes at us. I was absolutely appalled by the attitude. Not to mention, the burritos my husband got tasted sour! Hopefully the manager sees this and has a talk with his employees. Aweful service. Would not recommend to anyone!

There a young Man working by his self and he’s killing it. All my food was hot and fresh and despite of a lot of customers placing orders, he’s very calm and the his service is speedy… PLEASE PROMOTE HIM!!!!

It’s alright that the north town mall is not busy during weekdays , but the owner or who ever is making money out of this place must put someone who really cares about their food quality and costumer service . I paid 24 $ for 4 chicken quesadilla and it was lots of chees and chunk peace’s of Chicken with out any vegetables .So disappointing of this place .

There's obviously lack of care and management at this place lately. I love their quesadillas, but the past two times I've gotten them, they were wrong and I waited over 15 minutes each time. If I wasn't so hungry I would've went back to have them remake them.. but I'm not waiting another 15 minutes. There was no Pico on either and lack of chicken on the first one. At first I figured.. it's the holidays.. they are busy.. maybe they have new workers?? I hate complaining, especially when it's hard to find good workers.. but these kids obviously don't care. Plus you have to wait at the counter and yell "hey!" to get someone to come out of the back when you go there to order.

Worst fast food experience in a while. Cashier was putting his fingers in the cups before getting you your soda. Staff was rude. They were out of all dipping sauces except hot sauce and ketchup.

This place is always a disappointment. I think I'm done with taco time for good. $7 for a small chicken burrito? C'mon. Terrible value, food is sub-par.

STOOD AT THE FRONT COUNTER FOR 15 MINS AND 2:06 PM NOT ONE PERSON IN THE STORE AT ALL DURING OPERATING HOURS it is a 100%clear y'all don't care about business or your customers and I waited 10 mins th day before same thing noone in sight at all and on top of that I see multiple people waiting after I left and got a&w.
