Loved the 3/7 special. Sorry they closed
Another of my “relive the foods I ate growing up but couldn’t buy where I live” and did my crisp meat burritos.
Location wise, it could use an update. It’s not bad, but definitely can see its age. Also the drive thru seemed to have a lot of use and is a bit “different” but it works.
Food wise it’s good. Given it’s been decades since I have eaten at Taco Time, I am sure it’s changed. It was still good, just not like I remembered for ages past. I still will recommend it. I had 2 crisp meat burritos (loved em!) and a soft meat burrito (reminded me of Taco Casa with a different texture tortilla). Definitely the crisp meat burritos are a signature item and would love if they attempted a shot again back in Texas.
was very fast and clean inside nice customer service too
Took over an hour to fulfill my order and then they didn’t even have the drinks advertised for the kids meals. Two kids meals and a crisp meat burrito took more than a effin hour to full fill. Then delivery.
I typically only do drive-thru. The people are always nice. The food is fast, but Is made fresh when you order. Good, good, fresh, fresh (their jingle) is true, the food is good and fresh.
Say they close at 8 doors were locked at 7 Ignored by employees
Food was great!
The veggies burrito 🌯 is excellent and I love the crustos. Coming here reminds me of all the times my mom and I would come on Wednesdays to get the veggies burrito which was the special. It might still be the special. I live to add ranch and thousand island to it.
Good food. No music.
Love, love, love!!! Fresh food and sooo yummy! A great fast food option for Mexican options

Our experience there was quite disappointing. For starters are soda cup was leaking, we asked for replacement, girl at window either was in hurry or upset, but she flung the cup in my car. We asked for hot sauce and we're only given four, we had ordered six tacos and a large order of nachos that didn't even cover when hot sauce per taco. And the worst was the two large Cokes we ordered was nothing but the carbonated stuff at the end. We got home and our dinner sucked. Thanks taco time. 35.00 horribly spent. Yuck. Meat on tacos was old too. Never ever going there again.

Do not order from here. Runny, warm ranch and literal crumbles of the cinnamon crustos. They sent me two bags of them….lol two bags of cinnamon crumbs. Leaving a review because I have time and am completely grossed out.

Enjoyed the food, did have an issue with employee behavior.
Ordered the Smokey pork crisp burrito, crisp meat burrito, fish taco, and crisp taco. All came out quickly and hot. No issues with the order or quality of food.
Got sodas with the food. One of the sodas fell over as the employee handled the cup, lid and cup got soaked with soda. Lid fell onto the counter the employee was cleaning. Employee went to refill the cup and hand the soda covered lid and cup to my spouse. She requested a new cup, the employee got a new cup and dumped the soda from the dirty cup and lid into the new cup and then placed the dirty soda covered lid onto the new cup. Very unsanitary and rude to ignore a reasonable request from a customer.

Went for a veggie burrito, like the old days when I lived on the west side. I was told they don’t carry them. What they really meant was there are two different Taco Times. One freshly makes all their ingredients, and treats their employees well. The other is a corporate chain and that doesn’t care. The good one exists on the west side, everything else is the corporate chain crud. Skip this place, or any of the others in town.

Wow, I haven’t had an experience at a fast food restaurant this bad in years. Super unpleasant staff, like giving me the third degree when they left out an item from my order that I paid for, food was literally under half of the serving container, and they burned my quesadilla. Find another taco time or better yet, just go to Taco Bell- better prices, better ‘food’.
