Definitely disappointed, we checked this place out online before coming, we were pretty excited but quickly disappointed. No one at the front desk for several minutes. The music was pretty loud but no big deal, there werent even 10 other filled tables through out the whole restaurant but it still took over 50 minutes to receive our food without even ordering appetizers or anything, just entrées, we got a lemonade and a pina colada, the lemonade tasted like it was just straight lemon juice and water, the pina colada was ok, definitely very alcohol heavy so I wont complain but also tasted kind of off, I did however appreciate the coconut chunks in it. Our food wasnt great. We got the carbonara and the Caesar salad, the pasta wasnt good, the guanciale was burnt and added a really bitter taste to the entire carbonara, also, unlike every single picture of the carbonara online, there was no egg yolk, cheese or even garnishes! Definitely misleading! The Caesar salad wasnt great either, ridiculously over priced for a basic Caesar salad that uses powdered parmesan and breadcrumbs

We have always had good experiences here but this last time was especially great- we stopped in for happy hour and ordered the hamachi crudo, beef carpaccio and the rigatoni. All dishes were excellent in both taste and presentation and I have to say whoever created the hamachi crudo is a genius. The flavor combo was a new experience to me but was perfection!

Summer Parmigiana And The Smoked Salmon Bruschetta. Both Tasted Exquisite. Portion Size Compared To The Price Of Summer Parmigiana Was Disappointing Though. Also Portion Size Is Small Especially For A $20 Appetizer….

Came here on a weekday with some coworkers for dinner. It wasn't busy so we were seated immediately and the service was fantastic - attentive but not overly so. We ordered a number of small plates, a couple pastas and entrees to split which was perfect. Definitely get the Brussels sprouts!!
Overall, highly recommend!

Incredible experience! My husband and I visited for our anniversary and everything was amazing but especially the service. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Special shout out to our bartneder, Tyler, for delicious drinks. The food was really high quality and we loved sitting on the leather sofas in the bar.

It's about as nice as you can get for a basic pasta place. It's pre-made noodles w sauces you've had 100x before.

Party of 3, we were the only table in the dining room by 7:30. Sluggish and surly service. lukewarm food. My first time there, not likely I’ll go back…

Had a reservation for 6 people so we were seated right away when we arrived. The food was awesome but they were running behind due to kitchen issues, and the service was slow. We weren’t in a hurry so we really didn’t mind too much. From the time we sat down to the time we left it was 2 hours and 20 minutes. Staff were Apologetic. We did enjoy ourselves

I had the Rigatoni which was delicious. The italian old fashioned was also made very well. Great place for a date.

Was really looking forward to a new Italian place in Spokane as the food has been getting better over the years but sadly this is just another Spokane original way over price way under good. We went with a group and each got different bowls to sample different items and everything was pretty much the same 90% over extra thick pasta and 5% sauce 5% whatever protein there was, very sad considering the very premium price that is charged. Also service was extremely slow, there wasn’t more then 10 people in the restaurant and took over 20 min to get water, server never checked on us except to give the meal and check. Overall extremely disappointed wouldn’t go back. Atmosphere is very nice tho.

First time ordering from here (Delivery). Portions were very small despite the expense. The noodles in the kids meals, although seemingly homemade, were very thick & dense. Focaccia was bland & greasy. We are vegetarian (one has an allergy to meat) and we ordered two vegetarian pesto potato gnocchi dishes. We received two completely different gnocchi dishes with meat that we could not eat.

A Truly Memorable First Visit!
This was our first time here, and from the moment we walked in, we felt completely at ease. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with stunning décor that adds to the relaxed vibe.

Service was top-notch—our drinks were refilled promptly, the staff was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu, and they checked in multiple times to make sure we were enjoying everything. Jazz was our amazing server, and Kay also stopped by to chat and make us feel right at home.

The food was absolutely delicious! We had the Bucatini Carbonara ($28), Campanelle ($18 during happy hour from 4–6pm), and topped it off with the Tiramisu. Every bite was packed with flavor.

We truly felt like part of the family here and can’t wait to come back!
