Best pad Thai in this area!! I get it with chicken, 3 stars but you can adjust the spice level if you want. Nice people plus there is a rewards program.

I took my mum for her her birthday dinner to tonight. The food was great. The service could of been a little better. We were not offered utensils until after the food came out and we asked them. I got food that was meant for chopsticks but had to also ask for them. Which i found interesting. We had several containers to go but were not offered a bag until we asked for it. Overall it was a great meal and we will definitely come back. Hopefully next time the service will be. A lil better. But the staff overall was super friendly

You are paying 80-100% more for ambiance. Way over priced, way too little portion, way too over hyped.
Great restaurant I attend at least once a month with a friend for lunch, healthier options, and larger portions allow you to have a second meal or two. My husband loves spicy food and he tried the diamond tier. He was actually able to have food that was spicy enough for him.
Went stoned, was awesome, food was some of the best I've ever had. The ceiling in the lounge was awesome, service was fast.

I’ve been a loyal Thai Bamboo customer for years and I’m always pleased with not just the food, but the exceptional staff at the South Hill location. The restaurant is always well kept, inviting, and clean. You can also expect a consistent high quality to the food at Thai Bamboo. If I could select a sixth star for the location on E. 29th, I would!

I love Thai Bamboo! They have catered multiple events for me including our rehearsal dinner and every time it has been fabulous. I am so appreciative of how allergen friendly they are, too. We will always be customers here! :)

5⭐️ 10/10 love love love!!!
Fiance and I were coming back from a long lake day and decided to stop by since I had never gotten to eat here. And I never will. We sat in the parking lot with our window shades up in the driver window for less than five minutes, finishing a song, when two employees came all the way up and to my open door to crane their necks in. I jumped, and told them we were coming in, then they just left. Confused by the encounter, I went in to ask why they came up to the car since we definitely weren't loitering, when the lady said it's because she thought we were shooting up in the parking lot. We were profiled because of our crappy car on the south hill. No apology, no remorse that she profiled us, and for good measure, an eye roll. I expect better, especially when we specifically went there for, what we've heard, is excellent treatment.
