I was excited to try this, but overall I'd say it's going to be a hard pass from here on out. Got a sandwich to go, and by the time I was able to eat it, had turned into a soggy mess. Maybe because the bagels are steamed? I am not sure, it was like eating dough.

Steamed bagels are a new favorite! The Italian job is absolutely delicious, hands down my favorite❤️However, the customer service SUCKS. Everyone acts annoyed that they have to take your order and any questions are met with semi-snappy as-few-words-as-possible responses and blank stares?

W O W. I am currently writing this review between giant bites of this bagel and I am thrilled. I ordered the 5 mile w/ a lotus drink on the side and not only is the food phenomenal, the service was truly top tier. I think I only waited about 10 minutes for my food (totally reasonable) but the owner was so attentive and made sure I didn’t think they had forgotten about me. Thank god I work across the street because I will coming back as much as possible.

This bagel deserves 5 stars. Holy cow that was delicious. I just tried their Lox sandwich on an everything bagel without onion and added tomatoes and sprouts. Absolutely phenomenal! And their cookies are yummy as well.

Great place to eat a breakfast sandwich. The Lux on a Asiago bagel & the McCoy sandwiches are amazing. The Bagels were a cross between a torta y un bagel (Tejano for "& a bagel"). The two coffees, hazelnut & vanilla had a smooth taste. Ejoyed the food & very much appreciated those whom made for us. Will definitely bring the family. Didn't post photos because we ate it all after the first bite.
