This place went under new ownership some time ago, and unfortunately, it is not as good as it used to be. My last review was 5 stars. To me, the pizza crust is not as tasty nor is the sauce. They used to have a lunch special with a half of ANY of their pizzas plus a salad. Now that special is limited to a 3 ingredient pizza. They now have a variety of sandwiches from Smacky's which is fine, but to me it is pretty chintzy that the sandwiches only come with those little store bought pretzels versus say fries or tots or whatever.

We brought in a group of 43 people and the Boiler Room staff went above and beyond with accommodating us!
The food was also so delicious. I had the gyro and the Thai salad and both were delicious and so filling.
I was also incredibly surprised by the prices, so affordable in this economy and even with a large group automatic gratuity.
Hands down, I will be visiting this place again next time I'm back in Spokane!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament, with a group of nearly 40, which is hard to accommodate. They were so welcoming, did a great job taking care of our huge group. Not to mention the food was amazing!

Horrible experience. Arrived at 5:15… didn’t get out until 7:15…. And still hadn’t been served what we ordered. Waitress was completely inattentive, did not even put in the order for my friend’s pizza… then when my nachos I ordered did come she said she’d rush it… 45 minutes later and STILL NO PIZZA. Will add that I ordered nachos with beef and pico on the side… I received ice cold nachos with spicy Italian sausage.. NOT beef… and pico all over. 😵💫 “crispy” brussel sprouts came soggy. She didn’t even check on us to see how our food was. We were too busy juggling kids to care. Had to go track her down to even give her our cards to pay, and got the pizza handed to us in a box as we were leaving. I understand trivia was at 630… but we were there well before. It seemed like they were pumping out plenty of pizza and beer to the trivia players while the quieter side was ignored.

Boiler Room is a great place to bring the kiddos or meet up with friends. Their food and drinks are great. This last time I got the brussels sprouts and the charcuterie board and split it with a friend. It was so yummy. Belgium pretzels are one of my favorites and their's was great. Our server was attentive and even though the place was crowded and checked on us regularly. The last time I was here I got a pizza which was really good also. I look forward to trying more food items in the future.

We went the other night and the Pizzas were packed with toppings and loaded with flavors that kept our tastebuds and tummies satisfied. Our waitress was so sweet too. We definitely will be back. ~Kelley

The food kinda sucked. I was going to order dessert but the dinner's quality made me realize it would probably be a waste. This is based on three different people's dishes, all pretty disappointing.
They DID try make it right in the end by hearing us out about the food and giving us a discount. Props for that!

Vegetarian options: There was a fully loaded veggie pizza option on the menu plus some good salad options
Dietary restrictions: They have cauliflower crust for gluten friendly pies should you require such a thing
