We happened to find The Flying Goat when traveling to Idaho from Western Washington. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. THE FOOD was incredible. We will be going there again on our over the pass travels if for nothing else, to try each of their pizzas!
A Hidden Gem in Panguitch!

Good pizza and good beer choices. Pizza is thin and was a little floppy, but that’s true of most “artisan” pizzas you will find. Actually enjoyed the cheese bread more than the pizza. The Caesar had a good lemon zip and was very tasty. \n\nIt was a hot day and they said they could only seat us outside even though they had plenty of indoor seating, but maybe they had a big reservation coming? I dunno. It was a Saturday night a round 6pm so I get it.
