This was a “Shaking My Head” experience. My husband and I did the food tasting and it was ok. Paid the balance off on the due date. Day of wedding was a disaster! Her and her crew did not prep accordingly because our food was served late! First off, I sent my wedding timeline to bard 2 weeks in advance so she knows the time dinner and appetizers start. Apparently someone was there since 1pm. Apps were suppose to be served at 3:30 and dinner started at 4:30. Dinner was late! Red flag one! After looking at our menu, the display was average. Nothing fancy about the setup. Red flag two!! We ordered a kids menu of pesto noodles that was not displayed at all! I’m fact she cut that out without telling me but we paid for it!!red flag 3!!! Food was about 5/10 as far as tasting goes. Horrible! Nothing like the tasting we experienced! AnywYs, the day after, I emailed Barb and explained to her that we never got pesto noodles and the fruit punch we ordered. This is almost a $500 tab on our bill!!! No response to my email! So I called her! Nastiest rudest lady ever!!! She told me I couldn’t get refunded and that she provided more chicken since she didn’t have noodles. I never asked for this!! Thankfully my husband and I our on social media a lot and got our tasting video for TIKTOK and it captures her saying the kids menu is apart of the noodles. She lied about it to my face! long story short, I got my refund but I will never give this lady business ever! If you want to make sure you are getting your moneys worth in food, Please do not come here!!! You will feel jiffed from your money!

To be honest, it took me a while to get this together because I can't even explain how wonderful these people are that run this business and work there. How much care they put into their food and how much care they put into each and every one of their customers and what they do for the community. Their food is delicious, they are knowledgeable about the produce that they have, and they are first and foremost. Good people. I have been going there for years and never once have. I worked here at the SFCC location. I won't even get started one what a shit company this is. I'm coming on here to write that I have not received my tips that were stolen from me. Barb the owner gave me a coworkers "Christmas bonus" and said "here just take hers" even though I worked the most hours and my bonus would have been at least triple than her $26 she gave me. I called 3 times and even tried calling Keith the new manager, to no avail. To make it even better those tips were never to be taken in the first place. At this point I just want my money, I won't even share the videos of her husband screaming like a lunatic at us. They've ran off all their employees and you wonder why! And it's pretty disappointing that sfcc didn't take our complaint further when I quit my job because I was terrified to work near Floyd, who has a temperament problem.

Absolutely disgusting. Some guy comes in screaming and cursing at the employees only to discover he’s the co-owner Floyd. It was so bad they had security called. You couldn’t even bother to take it to a back room? One of the employees even said there are customers here and he cursed more and said he didn’t care. Obviously I don’t know what happened that made him so upset but nobody deserves to be yelled at like that, and in front of customers. Talk about unprofessional. How this place is still open and why people support it is beyond me. I try to support small businesses but I won’t tolerate one that treats it employees and customers with such blatant disrespect.
