I took my partner here for the igloo experience. The location was amazing - the set up of the igloo was perfect. The service was also solid. One gripe - it's a bit expensive for what you get, the food was yummy but not worth the price or the 30$ tip that is automatically added to your bill.

Don’t waste your money. I could think of thousands of things I would rather spend $100+ dollars on. It was absolutely criminal for the Davenport Grand to charge $85 per person plus tax plus included gratuity for disgusting meat and cheese from Costco and deviled eggs. We left hungry and cold.

We tried to book an igloo and the customer service was horrible. They were rude and I honestly couldn’t see myself giving them any money. So disappointed. My family was really looking forward to going. Customer service still matters. There are lots of other places I will spend my money, but not here.

The igloos feel like a fun movie set, and all about relaxing with food and drinks. The igloo zips open like a tent, allowing the server to bring beverages. Upon arriving, our igloo had a large fruit and vegetable enhanced charcuterie board with house made hummus, pickled asparagus, olives, Mediterranean crackers, fig jam, varietal carrots, celery, and European cheeses, and fresh fruits. Each igloo has a Bluetooth speaker so you can relax to your own tunes. The igloo’s circular space enhances conversation and connection. Service was welcoming, prompt and didn’t rush our 90 minutes of igloo bliss. Brings your friends and loved ones to this Spokane terrace gem.

For the price you pay for the package it is remarkable how little is offered to you. The charcuterie board in package one I would say at best its meant to be an appetizer for four people. The drinks were fine but we were never told how close to reaching our hundred dollar budget we were prior to our time ending. The server only came by twice and we actually had to call the hotel to ask them to bring another drink because the server was coming so infrequently. Aside from that we didn't mind that the server wasn't coming by because every time they would come by it would open up the door and let any amount of cold air we had built up in that little igloo out the door. The heater does not hear you well enough and the blankets they provide are thin. I would suggest bringing your own big blanket hat and gloves along with your jacket. We were all freezing and I honestly couldn't wait to get downstairs into the restaurant. I would say if I were being generous with what the value of this experience should be, I would estimate the cost of the charcuterie board to be around $75, they did provide $100 towards the beverages and then we were left out in the cold to freeze so for that ambience may be an up charge of five dollars? The $180 total max would be “worth it” IMO. Also worth noting they do add on gratuity to your bill which is fine by us.

At the time of our reservation, the hotel was a little short-staffed. However, the lady taking care of our igloo and the 3 others with reservations, was doing an outstanding job. It was a fun evening; I only wish I wasn't as full from dinner so we could've enjoyed the desserts and snacks they provided a little more.

Igloo was great, ambiance was great. It was warmer inside than I expected but also a plethora of blankets. Biggest downfall was the sevice. Took about 15-20min every time we requested something. Would expect better service for a $250

We were able to enjoy the igloos on a cold, Saturday evening. The heaters in the igloos make it worthwhile but do dress warm! We were greeted by our host who took us to our igloo which was already set up with food (we went with the celebration meal). Our host popped into the igloo a few times throughout the night to get drink orders as well as let us know about timing and our minimum bar limit. Such a great way to spend an evening! The only thing to note is besides the food that you pick before the igloo, there is no other food options; you can go down to the bar after the igloo for more food.

I was disappointed in the food served. Some was really good then others were mediocre. The cheese was tasteless, the salami were mundane. There are so much many good options. Service was excellent. Being in the igloo is fun. Drinks were good.

I asked for a list Mocktails since the bar was out of mint for virgin mojitos (I understand it's hard to get mint in the winter even when there isn't supply issues), but our server replied that they offer coke products, Ive never had a list of soft drinks given as an acceptable replacement for a mocktail list, especially at a full bar. Terribly disappointing as a designated driver for my friends birthday. It would have been nice to be able to have the option to order other food too, and not just the platter. I was hoping to get a group photo and the server said she couldn't touch my phone, then touched everyones IDs/ removed empty glasses with her hands, I understand rules change because of the current times but sometimes things just don't make sense. Overall I did not feel the value of the service and what was provided was worth the money. At the very end the server did offer a hot chocolate (white chocolate but it was purple inside), which was really nice, that was maybe the only part I really enjoyed. The rest of my party did comment that their drinks were also made well. I'm glad the bar tender was good. The service could definitely have been better.

It was a fun experience, but the charcuterie board was lacking class, drinks were nice. It is a cold experience for sure but they tell you that upfront. Glad we did it once but not again. On a side note, it would be way more fun with more than 2 people.

Great atmosphere and service was spot on! Got up to the 2nd floor with no directions on where to report. The drinks were delicious however very expensive- exceeded our package by $150.

Fantastic celebratory event with chosen family. 5 Stars for menu, ambiance and service. The only thing I would recommend is that participants wear wool socks and snow boots. The concrete gets a bit chilly on the feet. We had a great evening!
