I’m a wedding planner, and I had the pleasure of working with Ivory Table this past weekend for a wedding. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. Kristen was amazing—professional, responsive, and incredibly prompt with her communication. Her entire team was equally impressive: helpful, kind, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for the couple and their guests.

The staff not only handled the catering and bartending seamlessly, but also stepped in to assist with a variety of tasks that went well beyond their expected responsibilities. And most importantly—their food was absolutely incredible.

I will most definitely be recommending Ivory Table to my future couples.

Kristen and her team at Ivory Table catered for our wedding this past May 2025 and we had the BEST experience working with her! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding planning experience and served as a great resource when it came to planning our menu, designing our tables, and handling rentals. The food at our wedding was absolutely spectacular--usually most people do not speak much about the food at weddings, but we consistently heard from our friends and family that we had the best food at our wedding. Ivory Table catered our wedding and I do not have enough good things to say. Kristen was so lovely to work with. She was detailed, caring, and asked so many questions to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. She thought of things I never would have and made relieved a lot of stress.

The investment was worth it because she went above and beyond took so much care with the menu, and table settings. The food was DELICIOUS. Her staff was fun, friendly, and professional. We are so grateful!

It is hard for me to put into words how incredible Kristen and her team are at Ivory Table. My wedding reception dreams came true thanks to Kristen!The process started with correspondence via email/phone and Kristen was always happy to answer all of my questions, made wonderful suggestions, and began the process of making ourreception come to life. Not only does Kristen masterfully create delicious food, but she handled alllllll the rentals too! It was so great having our food and rentals managed together. She was so patient with all of my double and triple checking of number of table cloths, highchairs, the list goes on! She treated me with such kindness through our entire planning season.On our wedding day, Ivory Table was truly the star of the reception room. They set it up so beautifully (see photos), efficiently, and my vision came to life! I had such sweet interactions with the team too, they were so joyful and ready to make this party happen!Onto the food, oh the food!! We had delicious passed appetizers of charcuterie, fruit, and veggies with homemade hummus. Our dinner was a wonderful chicken dinner with the most moist chicken I have ever had (I don’t know how she kept it so moist for such a large group, but she did!) and garlic mashed potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts and a fall salad. It was truly masterful and felt totally homemade, because it was! Our situation was particularly unique as I have Celiac and a dairy allergy, and Kristen took such care in making sure the meal would be safe for me. Not only was it safe, but it was so so delicious!My only regret is that I did not get to interact with her and her team more!!! They were so good to us and kind to us. We were busy partying away, and they took care of the rest.Whether you have a small gathering or a large one, hire Ivory Table. You wont regret it!

I hired Ivory Table Catering to provide dinner for an annual networking event for a group of floodplain manager's annual conference. I could not have been more pleased with the communication from Kristen. She was so easy to work with and had great suggestions for dinner and helped with the vegetarian/vegan options I needed. The food was spectacular! The help was wonderful. Everyone raved about the dinner the next day. I am so happy I chose Ivory Table to provide the food for this event. I would do it again without hesitation.

We had the pleasure having Ivory Table cater for our wedding/event rentals. The renting/planning process with Kristen (specially) was easy, organized and personal. I appreciate the time and dedication Kristen and Ivory Table took to help me create the day of my dreams!

Ms. Kristen Ward and her team transformed our conference room to a spectacular catering for a farewell open house. She brought with her linens, heat lamp, and buffet chafing dishes filled with delicious, savory servings for our guests. There were ample quantities and choices. I gave her my budget and she designed the menu based on the flavor profile I gave her. Their catering was a class act; they provided leftover containers for guests to take home. They were polite, professional, and their cleanup was polished and speedy. At the end of the event, the space was returned to its original setup. Should I have an opportunity to transform any space to a catered event, again, I will call upon Ivory Table Catering!

Great food! Kristen is communicative and dedicated. We had her and her team cater our wedding. The price we’d agreed to was raised well into the contract - which she can do..just be aware. And according to a couple of my guests her staff was rude (grabbing glassware from their hands mid sip and denying second helpings to just be seen later throwing all the prepared food in the trash. That made my stomach drop because as far as I care, I paid for every bite of that food). Kristen made me feel very unimportant when she told me that going forward she will only be booking high-class events that understand her billing structure. She called for another unexpected fee while I was boarding the plane to my honeymoon. Great food..just a little harsh of an experience.
