The curries tasted great, but the containers (we ordered carry out) were not full, and were not very generously-sized for the cost anyway. The naan was tough and overcooked, which is unfortunate because I've had the naan here before and it was fluffy and tasty, and i was looking forward to it. The rice was also dry... overall it was a fine meal, but paying $50 for dinner for two is too much for things to be 3 stars.

I felt the taste didn’t quite match the price. The rice was a little clumped and the chicken portion was smaller than expected.
I ordered the chicken biryani and chicken tikka.

The food at Mango Tree is unreal. Every time I go I have something that knocks my socks off. This visit it was the beef curry - nice, rich flavor and surprisingly tender beef for it being the special.
I always upgrade to the coconut rice, but this time I thought I would be kind to my body and do the vegetable rice. It was fine, but probably a one and done for me.
Don't shy away from the lentil dishes here. They are also very tasty!
Service up North is not quite as good as the downtown location, but it certainly isn't bad.
The kids love it and so do we. This is a go to every time we are in Spokane.

Coconut curry was tasty and flavourful but sweet. Dishes are small. Didnt feel like good value for the money. Server was friendly but service seemed slow considering there was only three or four other tables. Bathroom was clean.

I wanted to give this a 5 star rating because the food was really good. My kids even enjoyed it. We did take out and we were, however, missing some of our items. By the time we realized we were missing items, we were already home. I love samosas so I got the platter... technically it's an appetizer, but I wanted samosas and chicken and figured that would do, which it did. However the platter was supposed to come with dipping sauce and naan and it did not come with either. Luckily, I also ordered the bread basket which came a variety of naan, but had I not ordered that it would have been very disappointing. The naan was so good by the way. Then I also ordered 2 kids meal- one butter chicken and one coconut chicken. They were both supposed to come with a drink and a dessert and we did not receive those either. Both dishes were good and my kiddos loved them, but again, had we not already had drinks and desserts at home it would have been very disappointing.

I came here with my work team for our morale event and to try out restaurant week.

This location has plenty of parking and the building is large, there were plenty of seating available.

We all tried the restaurant week menu. I ordered the mango lassi. My favorite drink, not too sweet , creamy with a touch of mango. I chose the Somosa chaat, the pick three curry ( butter chicken, chicken korma, and beef curry) with the rice and naan was additional. For dessert I chose the carrot cake with vegan cream cheese frosting.

The samosa chaat was huge! So flavorful, the tamarind sauce was spectacular, it has a bit of sweetness to it. I enjoyed the whole thing, although a little large for an appetizer. I think it would be a great idea if the samosa chaat were mini size, especially paired with the chickpeas. It does have a god kick of spice to it.

My favorite of the three curries was the butter chicken, they were all six ounce curry servings, just enough for a few pieces of meat to sample different flavors. The rice was nice and fluffy. The naan dipped in the curry sauce is my favorite, I could just eat naan and sauce. I do wish the naan was more thick and fluffy, it was more like a tortilla. The three curries with the appetizer was plenty of food for two. I had plenty of leftovers and the curry leftover for the next day was even better!

The carrot cake was moist, with bites of nuts and carrots throughout. The vegan cream cheese was amazing, not overwhelmingly sweet like regular cream cheese frostings. Overall one of the best carrot cakes I’ve had.

Restaurant week was a great opportunity for me to finally try this place, and Indian food!
