Our server was lovely table side and represented the restaurant very well. We arrived at 6:30 pm (prime time) and noticed the restaurant was barely used (even as we left), and that was surprising given it is Family weekend at Gonzaga ... and there will be other local Spokane colleges having their equivalents through the year ... so it *should* be hard to get a reservation that day/weekend. Instead, not long before our reservation, we were able to move it sooner because there was SO much availability. We have been to Melting Pot restaurant experiences *many* times (from before we had kids and now into their college years) ... and have been to locations all over the country (Ohio, Wisconsin, Florida, Washington State) *BUT* we agreed after this time that we just won't be going to a Melting Pot experience anymore. Nope The price is just totally ridiculously high ... especially for what you get?! We only had 1 beer and 1 soft drink among 3 people, so it was not high priced drinks that put it over the edge, although I'm sure they're high also. We did avoid being upsold to the 'Big Night Out' which would have been even MORE ridiculously priced. There is never the option to do 3 courses and avoid the salad ... the size of which has been DRASTICALLY reduced over the years. It is just WAY TOO EXPENSIVE and we won't be customers any longer. Sorry ... can go to other restaurants and feel like a $300 meal is a $300 meal ... and we can just have a new fondue tradition ... at home ... at a sliver of the price! Good luck to you
Great service. The waiter was amazing and very helpful with it being are first time. Would definitely go again
Food took over an hour. And the food below mid. Not a great value for the price. The waitress was awesome. Parking was horrible and the restaurant location was odd.
The food was delicious! I love getting the four course meal and this is our favorite place for special occasions.
My family chose to make a memory following my Dad's Memorial Service. This was the perfect setting for what we wanted to create. The meal was leisurely, the noise level allowed us to have the conversation we needed, and the food was a celebration. Thanks for helping us create a life long memory!
Amazing food and amazing service!!

The experience is always amazing. Staff is very friendly, courteous, and seem happy to work here. Drinks from bar are hit or miss, usually a miss. This last time my wifes espresso martini was quite gross and my old fashioned was nothing special. I asked if they would put my wife's second drink in a real glass, he said yes and still gave her a plastic one. Yes it was happy hour, but this place is supposed to be fancy and for the price you think that plastic would be beneath you. Also those plastic martini glasses are ugly and make the drink look unappealing. The food was amazing, and is so much fun

This was such an adventurous date night choice. Having never tried it, my husband and I did the 4 course for 2. The loaded potato cheese was TO DIE FOR. My husband expressed that smelling the raw chicken turned him off of the entree portion and the server and manager made it their issue to solve by supplying a free portion of dessert. This was an amazing experience. Would highly recommend!

Loved this place! The only things I would suggest is having waitress check on table more and also bring more sauces as there wasn't enough! People pay a lot to go there and why can't they get more sauce and get more service at table?

I went here for my birthday and it was a pretty great experience. I went later in the evening, so there was very few people. We got seated almost right away. The booths are comfortable and feel intimate and cozy.
My partner and I chose a three course meal, appetizer, meal and dessert. For our appetizer was the spinach and artichoke cheese dip. The server helped prepare each dish, which was pretty neat.
The cheese dip was pretty great, I'm a sucker for spinach and artichoke. Our second we chose a jerk style liquid for our meat. The meat pieces were pretty great, they also have timing for each piece to make sure theyre cooked well.
The dessert we had a turtle style chocolate sauce, which was great. May have burnt myself a few times getting too excited. The dessert options had fresh fruit, and different things like blondies and brownies. A lot of the baked good options didnt hit as well, the fresh strawberries and bananas were fantastic. Not sure if they were old since we came so late in the day.
Overall not a horrible experience. Its very pricey, though, at almost 300$ with tip for the 3 course. I wish it were a little cheaper. But we left full and satisfied.

This was a more expensive celebration meal, but it was definitely worth the experience! Everything was made table-side or personally, which is a nice touch. It could easily become a frequent spot for a more reasonable price if you’re only interested in cheese and/or chocolate fondues, but the three-course meal is definitely worth every cent!
