The experience is always amazing. Staff is very friendly, courteous, and seem happy to work here. Drinks from bar are hit or miss, usually a miss. This last time my wifes espresso martini was quite gross and my old fashioned was nothing special. I asked if they would put my wife's second drink in a real glass, he said yes and still gave her a plastic one. Yes it was happy hour, but this place is supposed to be fancy and for the price you think that plastic would be beneath you. Also those plastic martini glasses are ugly and make the drink look unappealing. The food was amazing, and is so much fun

This was such an adventurous date night choice. Having never tried it, my husband and I did the 4 course for 2. The loaded potato cheese was TO DIE FOR. My husband expressed that smelling the raw chicken turned him off of the entree portion and the server and manager made it their issue to solve by supplying a free portion of dessert. This was an amazing experience. Would highly recommend!

Loved this place! The only things I would suggest is having waitress check on table more and also bring more sauces as there wasn't enough! People pay a lot to go there and why can't they get more sauce and get more service at table?

I went here for my birthday and it was a pretty great experience. I went later in the evening, so there was very few people. We got seated almost right away. The booths are comfortable and feel intimate and cozy.
My partner and I chose a three course meal, appetizer, meal and dessert. For our appetizer was the spinach and artichoke cheese dip. The server helped prepare each dish, which was pretty neat.
The cheese dip was pretty great, I'm a sucker for spinach and artichoke. Our second we chose a jerk style liquid for our meat. The meat pieces were pretty great, they also have timing for each piece to make sure theyre cooked well.
The dessert we had a turtle style chocolate sauce, which was great. May have burnt myself a few times getting too excited. The dessert options had fresh fruit, and different things like blondies and brownies. A lot of the baked good options didnt hit as well, the fresh strawberries and bananas were fantastic. Not sure if they were old since we came so late in the day.
Overall not a horrible experience. Its very pricey, though, at almost 300$ with tip for the 3 course. I wish it were a little cheaper. But we left full and satisfied.

This was a more expensive celebration meal, but it was definitely worth the experience! Everything was made table-side or personally, which is a nice touch. It could easily become a frequent spot for a more reasonable price if you’re only interested in cheese and/or chocolate fondues, but the three-course meal is definitely worth every cent!

Ordered the fiesta cheese from the Al la carte’ was super excited to consume food after waiting over 20 minutes for help with the menu. Unfortunately, when our cheese was gone but not all of our bread and fruits from the, bred, fruit and veggie tray the waiter came and snagged our food away from our table without asking if we were finished, FOOD THAT WE WERE PAYING FOR and still eating. That was very disappointing. When the salad came, I became concerned that when he came to the table he was going to take that from me unfinished as well. I was very dissatisfied with the portion of the entree and the cooking that you had to conduct of your own food without any non stick options ie. butter or oil.

Tonight was our first time at the melting pot and we drove in from tri-cities. We were here for a concert and had to rush out before we got to our dessert and our server Crystal went above and beyond. She was so nice and accommodating she even got the manager to sign off on a free dessert coupon to come back after the concert so we could finish our experience!!!

Anyone who rated this hotpot highly has probably never had good food in their life. Having traveled and lived and tried amazing hotpots across east Asia and Eastern Europe, I can confidently say this is tasteless and not great in many levels, packed most I paid for $250+ up for our pups at home. We went to Table 13 to fill up our stomach instead. The service was great, but I wouldn’t come back.

Restaurant Week is still going strong, and we were so excited to finally try The Melting Pot. My kids absolutely loved the hands-on experience—from appetizers to dinner to dessert—it made the whole meal much more fun.
We originally didn’t plan on getting dessert since they served us so much delicious protein that we couldn’t finish it all. But in the end, we gave in—and wow, it was worth it! My daughter is already asking to come back for her birthday!
The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making sure we had everything we needed. And even though the restaurant was packed when we left, the booths made it feel cozy and private.
Here’s what we tried:
✅ Mac and Five Cheese Fondue
✅ Chicago Deep Dish Fondue
✅ Caprese Salad
✅ Meat Lovers Fondue
✅ Vegetable Fondue
✅ Chocolate Explosion Birthday Cake (a must-try!)
We have to come back to try the different cooking styles for fondue! So far, we’ve had Mojo and Cast Iron Grill, but next time, we’ll be trying:
🔥 Coq au Vin
🔥 Court Bouillon
🔥 Bourguignonne
If you haven’t been to The Melting Pot yet, put it on your list! It’s such a fun and unique dining experience—perfect for a special occasion or just because.
