Melting Pot is known for its delicious menu and creative cocktails, but it was the stellar service and attention that we received from every team member we encountered that made this a standout experience. I gathered with 3 friends to celebrate my birthday, and we had noted a few food allergies when we made the reservation. Our server and a member of the kitchen staff discussed our needs in detail, asked clarifying questions, and came up with a plan that allowed all of us to enjoy our meal with gusto! That level of customer care is not the standard some other restaurants and it made the Melting Pot my go-to spot for all of my celebrations moving forward. Thank you all so much!
Ive been here twice. One time with my wife, and last night with my wife and two kids. It's a great experience, and kids had fun. Food is great, especially desserts! The second time we came, food took longer to come out, in which the manager noticed. He personally checked in with us to make sure everything was going okay. Without us, even complaining to much or asking, he gave us a gift certificate. These are the types of places that I will always come back to. The ones that take care of there customers. Thank you melting pot, for a great night!

We had a wonderful experience. Our server was very attentive, and was very conscious about a person in our group that had an allergy. Everyone was professional and friendly. We had a wonderful time!
Amazing service!!! Booked a reservation, they asked what the reason for our dinner, they went above and beyond to make our date amazing including rose petals, candles and a rose to take home. Wonderful experience and customer service.

Amazing service and staff is acquiescent. They went above and beyond to my allergy and dietary needs. The only thing I find insulting is you have to deal with an AI answering machine that never gets any information correct. The AI giving up and directing me to the Amazing stuff. Just cut out the AI and put the amazing staff at the first step. When I mean it’s insulting, I mean the higher ups are insulting their own staff with the use of pointless AI.

Wonderful culinary experience. I'm glad that fondue is making a comeback. The Melting Pot nails it! We did the four course options (2 savory courses; 1 sweet; plus a salad). Everything was outstanding and the service great.

Was our 1st ever experience there and we were celebrating our birthday's...the fresh cut flowers and dipped strawberries were truly an incredible unexpected surprise for my fiancée!!! The meal was capped off with her purchasing a Melting Pot Mule mug after spotting it from another table's beverage choice to accompany their meal. We can't wait to go back again...we'll choose another cooking style and continue to work our way through the menu... We've also been strongly encouraged to host some “Fondue Nights” at our house...Thank you Melting Pot (Spokane) for a very memorable birthday meal and evening!!! Christian & Aimee
Went here with my husband to celebrate my birthday. Not only was it very expensive, but not a lot of food for the price, the food was just average and worst part made my husband and I sick so I ended up celebrating the rest of my birthday by us sharing the bathroom all night. This was the worst restaurant experience we have ever had and the worst birthday ever!

I was pleasantly surprised when Kendall reached out by phone to discuss my experience. She was genuinely thoughtful and sincerely wanted to make our birthday celebration right. It means a great deal to me that both Kendall and The Melting Pot took the time to follow up and offer to make things right. I completely understand that it was a busy night, and I truly appreciate the respect and consideration shown in reaching out.
Made reservations for a birthday. Waited over 55 minutes. They were over booked and at capacity. I’m sure our server was overwhelmed but she only came by once. It was very disappointing because I at least thought they’d have some option for a piece of birthday cake.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a great date night here. We came in not knowing what to expect, not being used to a hot pot style, and found the experience to be lovely. The food was delicious and the service from our waiter Calvin was awesome. If you've never been, I highly recommend coming because its well worth the money. We can't wait to come back and try the different flavor combos!

The owner Kim is amazing the staff tonight was incredible we had the pleasure of being served by Calvin. We will be back for sure and I 100 percent recommend this dining experience for anyone looking to do something different or out of the ordinary or even a date night or special occasion. The flavors and atmosphere were so amazing and the staff was on point. Thanks again Kim and all of your crew we will be back in the near future.

Went for a birthday date with my wife and daughter and had the 4 course meal option during weekend lunchtime happy hour so our 3 year old ate for free. We had a blast and it was nice being able go on a nice date while still including our toddler. They have a wonderful non-alcoholic mixed drink menu!
Reservations aren't required but having one guarantees that you can sit down right away and if you have a large party it's absolutely recommended so that the staff can accommodate you more easily. If you make reservations on their website for a special occasion, you can pay an extra fee to have your table decorated or a floral arrangement for you to take home waiting on the table for you. How fun!
Our server was Adrian and she was delightful, made our daughter smile, and walked us through the menu options with an explanation that was easy to follow. Every course came out with perfect timing and she made it a great experience.
A reminder for anyone who is in a hurry, fondue is a special social experience. Don't expect to be in and out in under an hour, you're meant to take your time, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere.
Hope this helps!

We arrived just prior to our reservation time. Waited at least 15 minutes to be seated. Got water quickly. Waited quite awhile for drinks we had ordered. We were there for over an hour before our first course arrived. The water in the double-boiler almost boiled away. Took a long time for salads, main course and dessert. Had to ask twice for the bottle of wine we brought to be opened - also a long delay. Offered a minimal add-on to compensate for the poor service. Should have been a discount of some type. Terrible experience; unlikely to return.

We booked reservations 2 weeks in advance for a themed, special event. When we arrived we were told we would not be seated at our reservation time and there was no ETA for seating. We were seated 20 minutes after our reserved time, we did not get seated in the event area and it's like the staff (multiple people unfortunately) didn't seem very familiar with what was being advertised. The event was advertised as a whole experience with drink specials, costume contest, goody bags etc but we felt silly having to ask multiple times for the special chocolate fondue and drink specials. It took 2 hours to have 1 cheese fondue (not the entree) and 1 dessert fondue. Our add on items were forgotten and arrived 15 minutes after our fondue. There were a few other options in Spokane for themed events that afternoon/evening and for the cost and the feeling as though we were burdening the staff, we absolutely would have chose a different event had we known we wouldn't be experiencing what was advertised. The icing on the cake was when the women's bathroom was out of toilet paper and the men's bathroom had a broken urinal that was flooding the bathroom. I'm not sure if the restaurant was understaffed, under prepared or both but we likely will not be back even for regular reservations.
