This was our first time at this restaurant and it will not be our last. We came from out of town to attend a graduation and decided to have breakfast before heading out. My niece lives in Spokane and has never been, so it was a great experience for her also. The service was excellent. My mom broke her leg and was in a wheelchair. They were very helpful it getting us a table to accommodate her. The food was delicious! No complaints from us.

very fast seating, clean dining area, very attentive and sweet staff! our server dylan was the best and the most ideal server i’ve had in spokane. the food came out fast and was good just wish it wasn’t as pricey but it’s not their fault 😊

Went there on Mother’s Day and I’m glad it wasn’t my first time because our experience was not great.
The wait: I expected a longer wait than normal due to the holiday but yikes. We put our name on the list online and the website estimated a 45 minute wait. We waited for another 30 minutes after the estimated time and then I got a text that my name had been removed from the list. The host said the system did it on accident but he did a good job getting us seated shortly after. There were a handful of empty tables. Other people waiting seemed frustrated and a couple groups just gave up and left.
The food: My son’s food (pancakes) didn’t come out to the table until 5-10 minutes after the other plates, so our food was cold by the time we finally started eating it. This was a big bummer for all of us and I felt like they should’ve comped the pancakes or at least apologized for making a kid wait. The flavor of the food was ok. I liked the chicken sausage patties and the potatoes are tasty if you add lots of salt and pepper. My spouse ordered an omelet and it was missing one of the toppings and he said it was just ok. It took a long time to get drink refills. Prices feel high considering the “okayness” of the food. I do appreciate the gluten free options but I wish they had gf bread.
The service: The host and servers seemed flustered but everyone was nice. I’ve eaten there two other times and the service has been great. Even the people who just bring out water or clean the tables are really friendly. Definitely a redeeming quality.
Overall, it was just meh. I’m sure I’ll be back but not anytime soon.

Waited for an hour, was on the wait list twice, left because it took too long to get a table. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you have plans after, paid for parking for nothing.

Horrible service. I’ve been here twice now and had the same waitress with dark brown curly hair (wears it in a bun) and she’s the worst. I’ve never made a bad review before but she was rude both times. This second time we asked multiple times for certain items and she never brought them. So when our food was finally cold we ended up having to ask someone else for it. It was also during the week and wasn’t busy.

We come here several times per year. The food is excellent. Today the management seemed to have lost their minds. There was only 2 cooks on a Sunday. We waited 40 minutes for a table and then it was 55 minutes for our food to arrive. Then was we ate the staff started vacuuming, making me feel quite unwelcome. Our waiter was outstanding however, doing a great job communicating with us as each delay occurred.
I hope they do MUCH BETTER next time, or it will likely be the last time. I'm quite disappointed.
Parking: Parking at meters is free on Sundays.
