Red wheel had exceptional bartenders. Whoever thinks they are rude are strongly wrong. I am a friend of a regular and we always have exceptional service. Even people behind us are always served promptly. Whoever wrote. Bad review about service. You must be one picky person or extremely selfish to say that. We love you red wheel. Best place to hang and have fun on sports days. Just remember. These bartenders deal with 100,000 attitudes a week. Your personal feelings are minimal when making such a disgraceful review. Go red wheel. Us regulars got your back. Come on down and get a fun filled experience.

Ive been here several times with friends because its convenient and close by, and like to avoid downtown. However, the service is consistently the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Extremely rude staff that not only take forever, but also make you feel like you're putting them out by ordering a drink or food. The food is absolutely disgusting. Everything i have tried is just awful. I finally decided that dealing with downtown traffic and parking is worth it to never have to return again.

Smash burger was not smash at all The Buns are really nice but the meat was undercook and not smash
Still a nice typical burger bar with a huge outdoor space

Did not eat anything. Waited over 20 minutes for the waitress to come and take our order. During the long wait, we observed people who came in after us get their orders taken before us, so we decided to leave. Which is a shame because I have seen wonderful posts about it on facebook. More than likely will not give them a second chance.

The staff here? Absolute legends. Clayton and Carissa could teach a masterclass in bartending and making you feel like royalty. I’ve brought my entire family, all my friends, and probably a few strangers—and they treat everyone like VIPs with a side of good vibes.
The service? Top tier. The beer? Ice cold, like it just came from the North Pole. The food? So good it makes you question every meal you’ve ever had before. 10/10 would eat, drink, and repeat.

Food, drink and atmosphere were awesome. Shelby is a great manager/bartender/waitress who knows how to treat her customers and makes a killer Bloody Mary. I’ve never had a bad meal here and will keep returning. It appears the staff really care for their customers. Thanks for making this place a great place to eat and visit. Love it!

The service has gone down hill. Last couple months of going to the red wheel the service was terrible. Not sure if staff quit or got fired, but there's new cooks and bar tenders. They don't seem to know what there doing poorly trained. Only one bar tender/ waitress for entire place. Taes over an hour to get food or drinks and the food was not as good as usual the last couple times. Management has gone bad.....
