We love the scoop! The staff is friendly, the shop is sweet (especially outside!), and good ice cream. Not quite five stars as we find their menu a bit challenging. I’d love to see half of the flavors stay the same and the other half be seasonal/rotate. Our family frequently visits the website and/or calls for flavors, only to be disappointed and not visit. In addition to vanilla and chocolate, we’d enjoy a couple of their cookie flavors to stay on the menu. Black & white cookie dough, giants milk & cookies, and birthday cake are some of our favorites!

The Scoop is my favorite ice cream parlor in Spokane, and we visit frequently, even in winter. They always have new and fun homegrown flavors to try, and the service is always great. Sometimes the lines are long, which is a testament to how good the ice cream is.

Still haven’t received my tax return because the owner continues to stay negligent and not turn in the proper paperwork to the irs for me to receive it. I have to wait until January 7th to receive it which is almost a year from when I even filed. I’ve mentioned this to her multiple times and the manager Gerardo, even showing her the letters the irs sent me. If she would have turned in her paperwork months ago (back in july) when I first brought this to her attention I would have received my tax return by now, and would have saved me from having to go to the irs office 4 times. If that doesn’t SCREAM fraudulent or at least sketchy then I don’t know what is. Thank you for screwing over your previous 3 year employee that had the highest regards for you.
